  I had a negative experience with a company that used vague language and sales tactics to push their services. They built my website using a Wix template and made the site usable which required additional investment. This is how they make money along with charges to my credit card without being fully informed of why. Although they offered a 30-day money-back guarantee, they made it difficult to receive a refund by considering any website work as a "transfer." This left me with no recourse for edits and resulted in them charging me high fees for phone calls, email edits, site transfers, and a mysterious $25 charge. I feel taken advantage of and frustrated with their lack of transparency. I caution others to be careful when considering this company's services.

  We did not see any improvement after using their service for a year. They were unable to demonstrate any changes or progress. When asked for reports or proof to show the difference no one responded. This included our client rep up to the **** DO NOT USE!

  To call this company a scam would be too strong, but thats how I feel scammed. If WIX set you up with them, then DO NOT use them. There are other options. They charge you for services you are already paying for on WIX. They are people like you and me that are taking your money to do what you and I could easily do. The designers are literally just changing things on a template. WIX makes this very easy to do on your own. Some people dont care what their website looks like if thats is you, then use them. If you care what it looks like, then do it yourself or hire someone that will work with you by the hour. I ended up just creating my own website it was far better than what was created for me and Im not a computer whiz. It took a lot of my time, which I was hoping to avoid, but now I have something presentable and professional. If I did the quality of work they provided I would not have a job in my field.
