      I recently engaged Zoek to design/build a website for my business. If you are thinking of doing the same, I would strongly recommend that you request ****** ******** for your Project Manager/Web Designer. She is amazing to work withgreat skillset, very professional, and excellent at communicating and keeping you informed of your projects progress. I was extremely impressed with her work and her management skills, and as a result, I now have a website for my business that I am very happy with. I highly recommend ******, and will absolutely ask for her team for any future projects.

      Very good service and these guys went above and beyond to solve issues with WIX integration. The web site workflow development is interesting and a little different but effective. They tried really hard to solve issues caused by WIX.

      The development of my webpage had some errors and was progressing slowly. I reached out to ***** V who looked into the matter and after searching got the results we wanted. He took over the project as lead designer and got everything corrected in as little as 24 hours. He even stayed after hours to make sure that the website was completed to our satisfaction! Great person, would highly recommend him!

      I do not recommend Zoek based on my ************* January 2025, we agreed to proceed with Zoek for website development and they took payment without a written contract or a meeting with our assigned Project Manager. Our kickoff call with the Project Manager was far from productivehe was very disengaged. Ten long weeks later, the first draft missed about 75% of the features we had clearly outlined, and the poorly designed draft did not reflect our brand.Over the next five months, despite maintaining a consistent scope, key features were missing. We were even advised to use third-party tools like JotForm, which defeated the purpose of hiring Zoek for a custom website.Communication from the salesperson stopped completely after payment, and our refund requests were denied. The entire process was very frustrating and draining.We ultimately filed a credit card dispute, which was ruled in our favor.Throughout this process, we felt misled, as the expectations set were not met. Based on our experience, Zoek seems to prioritize payment over client satisfaction. If you choose to work with them, be sure to document everything and get all commitments in writing.
