I am writing to formally file a complaint against SetSchedule for deceptive and potentially unlawful business practices. On March 15th 2024, I was pressured into signing an invoice over the phone, under the pretense that immediate action was required. This invoice contained tiny print with a hidden link to a master agreement that I was unable to properly review. I was not signing an agreement, just an invoice, which I believe violates my rights as I was not given a fair chance to understand the terms. Additionally, SetSchedule failed to inform me of my legal right to cancel the transaction within the three business-day cooling-off period, which is a violation of the law. This lack of transparency raises serious concerns about the validity of my consent.Additionally, I had requested a trial period for the services, which was rejected. For the $1,295 I paid instantly, I was promised unlimited leads in my area but only received 100 outside of my area. After encountering significant issues with SetSchedules technology and communication, as well as inadequate leads, I decided to cancel the transaction. In accordance with Florida's three business-day cooling-off period, I emailed my cancellation on March 20th, 3 business days after making payment on March 15th. Despite this timely request, SetSchedule denied my cancellation and has since made it impossible to reach them by phone, email, or text.Moreover, my leads have been shut off for over a month, despite the large payment I made. SetSchedules actions appear predatory, misleading, and exploit struggling realtors.I tried to investigate whether SetSchedule is properly licensed for telemarketing in *******. Set Schedule promised to deliver referrals, I took first 12 they were really old. The newest one was 3 months old, which create problems with clients not getting me business. They charged me around $600 to sign up. Their **** keep calling to sell me more services, when I asked how can I get my money back since your referral are bad and stale, eventually I dont receive any referrals at all now, I used their app to request more referrals. I get a notification that someone will reach out, but eventually they completely blocked me from new referrals. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Set Schedule for their failure to deliver on the lead generation services I signed up for nearly a year ago. While the onboarding process was initially promising, with clear guidance and transparency, the results have been nothing short of disappointing.Upon signing up, I was informed that Set Schedule needed to "beef up" my area, as they could not provide many leads at the time. However, they assured me that this would improve. Despite this, the results never materialized, and I have yet to receive the level of service or support I was led to expect.Over the past several months, I have reached out numerous times to Set Schedule's customer support, only to receive delayed responses, sometimes taking weeks. Specifically, my initial contact, ****** ****-*******, has completely stopped responding to my requests for assistance after I voiced my concerns. I have followed the recommended steps, including messaging customer support directly, but I have yet to receive meaningful help. My recent attempt to contact customer support resulted in a delayed message from ****** ******, two weeks after my inquiry, which only referred me back to customer supportthus providing no resolution.This week, after months of patience, I requested a refund, having previously just asked to speak with someone to discuss my concerns. Unfortunately, my emails regarding the refund have also gone unanswered. I am deeply frustrated and feel that Set Schedule has failed to uphold its *********** this point, I feel compelled to warn other real estate professionals about what I believe are false promises made by Set Schedule. On August 28, 2023 Set Schedule charged me $1497 with a promise to send me genuine leads. I agreed to give them a 20% referral fee for each lead that generated income. I spent a lot of time chasing down the "leads" they gave me but none of them were legitimate. Wrong numbers, numbers not in service, not one person had indicated in any way that they would be willing to talk with someone about real estate. When I tried to speak with someone at the company, both by phone and email, I received no resonse. For one year I have continued to try to call them and email them. I have told them in no uncertain terms that I would like a refund and that they should not renew my subscription. I have heard nothing. In April 2024 was sold this service , convincing me that i will be getting *********** leads via SetSchedule webiste and via phone call. I paid about $1200. Intially i got stale leads and recently for last couple of month i have not had any lead. also the contact person's phone number does ot work any more. I get standard response to my emails saying we are working on it. There is NO way to actually do it. You fail verification every time no matter what. I responded via text message, the same way the company was communicating with me about my desire to cancel. This company has a phone number that immediately hangs up when you call. They ask they you allow them access to your computer. Then asked you to put in a credit card number. The credit cards are then used in fraudulent charges.Business Response

This Business wants to rely on their Policies yet they cant follow their own. I was charged $1,500 without even a notification of being charge after BEGGING their support team/agents to cancel my account. It wasnt until 2 weeks after being charged an employee reached out telling me why I was in the wrong. This company needs to be investigated heavily by the government. I sent a cancellation request 4 months in advance to the support team and no one from the support team cared to respond to me and tell me to message the billing department. Date : 11/02/2022 Contract signed , payment of $1,766 made .Promise was to provide leads of buyers/sellers every month with verified contact info, pre-screened and qualified , within 10 miles from my location.The phone numbers, email addresses were bad, either not in service or emails bouncing back. The leads were from everywhere and majority were in 20-50miles from my location. No transaction closed, due to bad quality of so called "buyers " ("i am not buying!") and sellers ( I don't have a property to sell, where did you get my name and number?").I was, endlessly, reaching out to the support that was promised, no solution was provided. After several months of my unsuccesful attempts, I stared requesting refund. That was totally ignored. This solution is NOT A SOLUTION. This is to drag the problem that was never resolved by SetSchedule. I spend hours working the lousy leads that were NOT LEGIT, NOT VERIFIED.
I was prompted from one associate to another...with the same solutions: making me pay for some leads, that were still NOT LEGIT!! Which part you don't understand? I addressed the problem so many times and I was ignored.. Don't forget that I can prove that what I am saying is true

You can not talk to a lead if they're : names, emails, phone numbers are false, fake, inaccurate or their response is : i am NOT LOOKING TO BUY OR I DO NOT HAVE A PROPERTY TO SELL
I addressed this issue so many times and each time I got a response that SET SCHEDULE will revise my complaint and correct their actions by sending VERIFIED LEADS >
THAT NEVER HAPPENED. How much more clear I can be?
In this complaint, SET SCHEDULE's responses are inadequate, by saying that they are not responsible for converting leads to transactions. They do NOT address quality of their leads.
That is my complaint: false information, fake phone numbers, emails... How would you convert a lead that is INVALID?

I am unable to reach anyone at the company. I have tried calling, email, text and IM and there is no response. This has been going on for 3 weeks.
