    Setschedule guaranteed a lead generating service with complete satisfaction in my real estate area and proper training on their app. I paid them over $2000 for this guaranteed service and found within days this was fraudulent. I called to complain and get out of this ridiculous contract and the refused to refund my money.Most of these complaints are followed up by how sorry they are and they will follow up but I know with out a lawyer my money will not be seen. Any Realtors out there please DO NOT GET PULLED INTO THIS!!!I should have realized this when my bank rejected them the 1st time.

    on a recorded line from SetSchedule when signing up on this doc you sign I was told after asking what would happen if I was not satisfied and they told me I was guaranteed satisfaction. I am extremely not satisfied. I would like that recording to prove to my lawyer how pushed I was into signing  this. I could not read the contract fully on the phone (too small) I actually trusted the employee.

    Set Schedule will spam realtors with unsolicited text messages advertising their business. When realtors call and complain or respond that we are not interested they spoof their phone number and repeat the process. This company has a very poor reputation for scamming realtors out of start up fees and not delivering. I have all of the phone numbers and text messages sent from this company. I will be submitting a complaint for numerous TCPA violations as well.

    I have repeatedly told this company to stop calling and texting me. They continue to keep contacting me. Additionally I emailed to cancel their services and to discontinue any further renewal charges. I want to go on record here as several reviews say they continue to charge regardless of this notification to stop any additional payments.

    Set Schedule committed fraud in that they described their product as yielding good leads to our real estate agent. What they provided were leads that were either over 200 miles away, ones where the person did not even own the home, or once we responded as required within seconds - stated that the potential client was no longer available.They did not return phone calls or e mails. They disregarded the laws of the ***** ********************** by providing bad leads outside of our immediate area of expertise.There are no good reviews for this firm from any one.

    They are liars and scammers. When my business partner and i joined they said they had an unlimited lead program we paid thousands. was fine at first when they give you the first 100 your learning how it work. i no joke had blank leads no numbers emails names anything. that's when we started to get ahold of people we were cussed at saying they never asked to look for a house or sell. and they want removed off all lists. i pay thousands to run these leads through a dialer system 90% garbage great who cares if theyre unlimited. BUT THEY LIE.they backtrack and say ohhhh well give you 30 at a time but then the refills never come. i had it set up every two days to update my leads and still no refills. i talked to management who then said oh were only giving you 60 extra a month umm far from unlimited. then it went to 30. and im 46 days in no refill even with them switching the agreement. THEY ARE LIARS. when i called them on it they blocked me from the system. you;re not keeping my money and turning it off. BS SHUT THEM DOWN I WAnt a refund now!!!!!!!!!!!

    10/02/2022 Stay as far away from this company as possible. Bait and switch is an under statement. They took $6K from emy partner and I and we never heard from them again. They promised 200 leads speared out over the next year all within 10 miles of our target area. Instead we were sent 200 leads and NOT ONE was within 10 miles our target area. All the leads are at least 25 miles from where we work and most are 50 plus miles away!. On top of that. the leads are garbage! Bad phone numbers, bad email addresses and most of the leads are from Zillow and ********* The phone number they advertise hangs up on you! Their CEO was convicted of a PONZI SCHEME with his previous company and something tells me he will be convicted at this company also. No one calls you back. I have had several appointments set up for a call and haven't received one yet. I have notified **** and the *** about this company's unethical tactics. I have also notified all local real estate brokers and asked them to spread the word about this scam. Needless to say, I tried to get a refund within hours of purchase and nothing! Oh yea, this company also charges your credit card even after you tell them NOT TO! They charge renewal fees even after being notified in writing like they ask. Disgusting is the perfect description for Set Schedule

    Hello, first off NO, we do not have leads near our market zone. We serve Gloucester county and small parts of 2 surrounding counties. You gave ** 185 TRASH leads in ***********, ******, *******, ********** ect. Those areas are in ************ and over an hour away. No where near the areas we asked for leads in. Bad phone numbers and fake emails is what you sold us. These were supposed to be fully vetted leads. The salesperson we dealt with lied to us and couldn't answer any questions. We have now had 4 different appointments set up with an associate at your company and they did not show up for 1 appointment. Your Master Agreement is an unbelievably deceptive document that actually has language in it regarding NOT being able to join or start a Class Action Lawsuit. We want a refund, the services promised have not been granted. Use this complaint along with the emails we sent to the billing **** at Set Schedule to confirm that we do not wish to continue with your garbage services. Do not ever charge our credit cards again. The renewal period is over 11 months away so we sent plenty of notice. You have ripped off many innocent, hard working realtors. Your CEO is a complete scam artist previously convicted of a Ponzi scheme. WE will not let this go. We asked for a refund within hours of purchase due to the BBB complaints and reputation your company and CEO have. I am a recently diagnosed Breast Cancer patient. I didn't have thousands of dollars to flush down the toilet. Im sick to my stomach. I have no idea how anyone at your company sleeps at night. Your company's main phone # has bad prompts. Your email addresses are a joke. You could've done the right thing and just refunded us. We have started next steps.

    You are incorrect, I do not have leads to work in my target area. I have leads in ************ , over an hour and a half away from ************. You gave me leads in areas that are not even in my MLS. Please do not lecture me on making guarantees about closing leads. I've been in the business for over 20 years. Your leads are garbage. Most that I've contacted are not even interested in buying a property. I know how to "nurture" a lead. Your business is filled with off shore employees who barely answer the phone, and when they do, they all have the same script they read from. Your company is predatory and its obvious from all the BBB complaints that everyone who signs up with your company is disappointed and feels ripped off. I have started contacting local brokers to ensure no one else gets scammed. Your practices are sickening

    Sales person ***************************** used language indicating that his company provided exclusive (meaning no other agent) home buyer and seller leads as well as an exclusive territory. I paid $1,776 for a one year subscription and signed the agreement based on what I was told. The home buyer and seller leads ARE NOT exclusive not is the territory exclusive. In a nutshell, I was lied to and should not be held liable for paying for a service based on these lies. I want a full refund. I've reached out to Will, the accounting department and the billing department. They are ignoring the issue that I was lied to only to say that the service fee is non-refundable.

    I have initiated the complaint of Fraudulent Misrepresentation against SetSchedule with the ** AG's office. You should be hearing from them in the near future. 


    Fraudulent Misrepresentation:

    "A contract is not considered valid unless all parties are in agreement to the terms. If the expressed terms are not accurate, then any agreement is based on a false premise and the contract is invalid".



    I'll be initiating the same complaint with the CA AG's office in short order. 


    Once again, the expressed terms were inaccurate thus rendering the contract invalid. Are you going to refund the $1,776 I paid?

    This company is actively soliciting large numbers of real estate agents and brokers daily. Promising real estate leads, live transfer calls and exclusive name and numbers for prospect buyers and sellers of homes. They charge an upfront fee of $2995.00 and 20% each closed transaction. We began the process and agreement on July 13th, 2022 and to date and have received no promised valid leads. After several complaints, phone calls and emails, they have stopped responding. We wish to have them shut down and prevent them from preying on other hard working real estate professionals. They have given us over 100 invalid names and phone numbers as leads. That was the extent of our results from them. Many of those people on the *** list

    We've already talked with an Agent Success Consultant and had multiple conversations with your Agent Resolution Supervisor and nothing has changed. After repeated requests for valid leads, you still have not sent us 1 verified, screened, true lead. That is not what you promised when I signed up. Instead we have called through over 150 "leads" that you have given us and not one person has been interested in buying. Many are on the do not call list, are bad phone numbers or inaccurate information. You are selling random people's contact information and trying to call them leads.

    The problem is not closing transactions. The problem is getting a true valid lead. Which we were promised. We were also promised live lead transfer calls and to date have received none. Again, I am demanding a full refund and cancellation immediately.

    High pressure, bait-and-switch sales tactics. An offshores sales representative will call you to explain the program is the vaguest detail, except that there is no upfront fee required and any cut by the company will be taken out of closing (80/20 split). You will then be immediately shuffled to another line with a true sales representative who will tell you are there are up front fees required but that you can use their app for free. Any company that cannot be forthright with their services cannot be trusted. I have also asked them to remove me from their system via text, previously, and yet just received another call. The sales representative suggested I read their reviews online; unfortunately they all appear to indicate the company is a scam, which is my simple impression as well.

    SCAM COMPANY- MAKES YOU THINK THEY ARE A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS AND RUSH TO INTO BUYING IT, LIE TO YOU SAYING THERE IS A REFUND PERIOD, RUSH YOU INTO SIGNING AND THEN YOU FIND OUT IT IS A SCAM AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. BAIT AND SWITCH, UNSCRUPULOUS SALESPEOPLE, WORTHLESS SERVICE. THIS COMPANY TOUTS BEING IN BUSINESS FOR 18 YEARS-- THAT IS ALSO A LIE.     I do not wish to have any relationship with this unscrupulous company. How is it ok to have salespeople to call you and lie to you and put you in a position to make you feel like you are making ************** with false information and bait and switch tactics? Are these tactics not illegal? This company should not be in business  if this is how they operate. They lie to you and then tell you sorry no refunds. I have to warn the public about this scam operation.  They said they have been in business 20 years that's a lie.  I want nothing but a refund and will fight for it.

    This is unacceptable. If the service was legitimate there is no reason to lie to people to buy it. I was defrauded and I want a refund please.
