2 starsMy rep was nice enough. What I did NOT appreciate was the company's bait and switch tactics. The mailer I received said advisors would help me find the best loan solution. OK, that works, I want to consolidate three loans with high interest rates into one loan with a hopefully lower interest rate. However, when I talked with my "rep", he said my credit score a good 25 points lower than it actually is, and that it was going down because I had cards reporting balances close to the credit limit. WTH? That last comment about my balances had me scratching my head. I track ALL expenses for all cards on an excel spreadsheet that is updated regularly, and I make sure my statement closing balance is less than 25% of the card limit. EVERY. SINGLE. MONTH. Balances are paid off monthly and about half my cards will show $0 statement balance at any given time. I've been rebuilding my credit for 3 years now and I watch those balances like a hawk. I also check my credit score at multiple sites regularly. Needless to say, despite having an actual score that was good enough for several hefty limit increases this past year, and a low debt/income ratio, I was told they couldn't fund a loan but guess what? I was eligible for their debt reduction service! Woo hoo! Not.I told him no thanks and finished the call. When I got the mailer this week I thought the company sounded familiar, but a quick scan on ****** gave the impression they were legit. A little more research after my call with them today resulted in finding MANY complaints about their bait and switch tactics. To which I'm adding mine.Review fromJennifer J

5 starsMy representative *********************** was great. She explained the objective of the debt relief program in great details. She gave me the opportunity to decide what was the best way to get ahead of everything that I was facing. I can honestly say that she's the reason I chose to go through with the program. She didn't shy away from answering the tough question that *** be hard for some people to hear, but totally the raw truth.
