1 starTuesday, April 18th around 12:59pm EST I Contacted customer service by dialing their ***** number. I was asked for my access code. I informed the lady I was speaking with that I had to get it. The document was in front of me and I was looking for it. While I was searching 10 seconds later I asked her (the agent) about the kind of loans Simple Path provides. She sighed and hung up on me.**** and Unprofessional. I have good credit and they just lost a potential customer.Simple Path Financial LLC
