1 starI called customer service as I been receiving preselected letters. I spoke to a man name ***********************. He sent me a list of my debt I was trying to consolidate. I asked if it is possible to leave out accounts. At first he told me yes that I could but why would I do that. I exsplained my situation on why. He said my option was to keep my bank that I have open accounts with or to consolidate everything. I kept catching him lying things he had already told me i vould do. This company dosent want to help people.They want to buy your debt and make you pay more. This company is a scam they close out all your accounts at a lower amount but still charge you the full price. When I decides I rather keep my bank instead of changing banks. **** started to get rude and unprofessional on the phone.Simple Path Financial LLC

We conducted a quality assurance review of this call and our findings didn't align with the feedback in this review. Based on the comments, there was an obvious misunderstanding and confusion regarding what accounts to include and payoff. We didn't find any misinformation was provided, and we didn't find representative to be rude or unprofessional.
