      Horrible company. I paid off my loan, and was sent a letter to my house letting me know I had paid it off, and confirmed that they had my most updated address on file. (Obviously since they just sent me this letter). Months later after not receiving my title, I found out they sent it to my old address, the place I lived when I initially got the loan. 7 YEARS EARLIER. I went on the app to make sure all of my information was up to date, so this error was on CRB. I called and waited on hold for almost 2 hours, and when I spoke to someone I received the well we can only send it out once response. I asked for a 30$ reimbursement payment for the fee Im going to have to pay for the duplicate at the **** I was told the supervisor would call me in the next few days with an answer. Well that was 2 months ago, and Im not holding my breath. It just makes me so mad when a company is 100% in the wrong and doesnt want to do a thing to rectify their mistake. Shame on you CRB auto. Now I have to find child care to go to the **** stand in line, and pay to get a duplicate title. I will never use you again, and I will make sure everyone I know is aware of how you treat your customers.

      This company keeps calling me and when I give them my information they say that they cant find a loan under my name or number. Yet they cant take my number out of their system!!! Yet you call everyday!! I will be contacting a lawyer ****
