Paid 4k$ for a bike. The battery to wall charger connection poorly made. Plastic broke between prongs and now prongs are smashed and cant charge bike. I have had bike for only 6 months and now it is useless. Contacted super73 and they offered the battery at half price- I asked for a full refund and return of the bike because the connection will break again because its a poor design. Thats it- I have to pay for another battery that will only last a couple months. SuperScam not Super73.

Axel broke on 5000$ bike and it has been 3 months with little resolution. There is no real customer service. I call the Actual store to ask them to email ****** who is horrible by the way. No response unless I harass staff. This is not how to run a business . Also, do not expect customers to buy a warranty which I did and it is worthless . I had to pay some one to take off tire and rim and had to pay to ship it back to you for repair. It was received 3 weeks ago and still Crickets. How is this legal to run a business and sell expenses bikes w no service . *** people please email CEO and call store to complain . If they get enough complaints maybe something will change.

I am currently in the process of filing a complaint with the **************************** as well as sending a Demand Letter which will then be followed my a small claims arbitration. The company sells bikes with warranties and if the bike is not fixable within the warrantied time they offer you a discount followed by an invoice for thousands of dollars to replace the Bike when in fact they should be replacing the entire Bike. There is also no way to contact an individual at this company as evything is done by email. When I filed my troubleshoot request it took them a month to respond and now they are continuing to make excuses about why they should not replace the bike. **** ********* the founder and ** CEO is also unresponsive especially since every social media post about this company is about poor sevice. I suspect this company in the next couple of years will not be around anymore.

Unfortunately I have to give this company a poor review for their product and especially their customer service. My son waited 3 months for the Super 73 Adventure. Out of the box the brakes werent functioning correctly. About a week later he lost use of the back breaks. It has been over a month since we have reached out with an email request for assistance with repair and information about our warranty. No one has responded and there is no possible way to contact them. Im disappointed we decided to buy from such an unethical business.

Bought the Super73 S-Adventure Series. Son had a crash and bent the crank arm. I emailed, called Super73 store and filled out the maintenance form / questionnaire. Weeks ago! There has been ZERO follow up. I have since emailed another 2 times. No response. There is no replacement crank arm on their website. Would happily replace myself - but they will not even advise where else to get a crank arm. There's is 125mm, which is unconventional and essentially unavailable in the market. No help. Bike is dangerous to ride - if not useless, altogether.WHERE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE???

I share the exact same experience as all the other reviewers. **************** is non-existent. My bike came poorly put together and immediately needed to take it to have it serviced. They did not respond to any of the service center requests to honor the warranty. One of the worst purchases I have ever made.

No customer service. The controller went out at exactly one year, which is a $300+ part. Put less than ***** miles on it. I really regret choosing to purchase something from this company.

I would give zero stars if possible. The worst customer service on the planet. We bought a brand new S adventure from their Irvine store in April. The bike was pre-assembled by them, after a week the whole battery harness was loose. After investigating, who ever assembled the bike stripped the threads on the frame that hold the battery on. It's been a month since I reached out and still no response. I don't see how this company will stick around with service like this.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WILL NOT SPEAK TO A HUMAN. I needed a replacement for a model that hasnt been made in one year. There is absolutely positively ZERO way to get in contact so they practically stopped support and service as soon as you hand over a *****.

Company used to be extremely good. **************** was awesome. They always sent a review survey after each phone call. Now they Will not answer the phone ever,Ive been trying to get in touch with them a live person for over three weeks. They will send you a link and expect you to get the answers from the link, I have sent numerous emails. Absolutely they will not answer the phone, even pointed out to them that if someone wanted to buy a bike over the phone, they physically cant buy it because they are not answering the phone, I have a couple parts that I need shipped out and I am simply asking them to send me the invoice so I can pay for it and they will not even do that so basically I have a 73 RX model sitting in the garage because they will not answer the phone nor send me the invoice so I can pay for it absolutely horrible, I currently own four of these bikes at the moment, I will be looking to sell all four of them immediately due to the lack of support from Super73 and lack of customer service. Its like they have no care in the world theyve made money and they dont care anymore.
