    This is a cut and paste of my last correspondence with Super 73:Nine months ago, I made a $2626.99 purchase. When I took that bike out of the box and put it together I rode up my street with a half charged battery, in mode 4, teetering between 28 and 29 mph. The fastest I get going on my street now is 19 or 20. That is about a 30% drop in performance in nine months. Last fall, I would drive my super 73 to and from work on the exact same route I take today, and I would get home with a battery percentage in the mid 60s every single day. Today, I took the exact same route I always take, and when I got home tonight, my battery was at 12%. I went from using 34% to 38% of my battery on my commute, to using 88% of my battery. That is an exact number today. The commute has not changed, I have not changed, my riding style has not changed, the only thing that has changed is the bike. So the performance output of the bike, as I pointed out, is down around 30% and the performance of the battery is down around 140%. Im basing these numbers on what the bike did and how the battery responded nine months ago compared to today. I rode in mode four 9-months ago just like I do today. I will say it again. The only thing that changed was your bike. Based on the degradation of this battery in the last nine months, Im expecting a consistent drop in performance, to the point that this machine will be rendered useless in the next nine months unless I come out of pocket for a battery. Not only has the battery failed me, but the front and rear brakes on this bike are completely worn out as well. So not only will I have to buy $50 worth of brake parts, but now youre telling me I will have to buy a battery as well. What makes this even worse, is that I purchased the extended warranty. I rarely purchase warranties on anything I buy. I am so new to the e-bike market, I bought the warranty for fear of the unknown. Now what I fear, is that I got ripped off.I just want a new battery!

    I bought a super73 s2 ebike in October of 2022 and several months into owning the bike it stopped working. I tried to work with the company to get a resolution which involved sending the motor back and having a replacement one sent to me. This fix did not work and the problem persisted. To trouble shoot the next step I reached out and received a message after some run around that i would need to buy a new motor. Which is obviously not the solution as we have already tried that. Now when I reach out I get no response. Looking to trouble shoot or get any customer service on a $3000 bike that has less than 300 miles on it

    I bought 6 e-bikes for Christmas about two years ago for my whole family. From the first ride we had mechanical problems. I filed a ticket with their technical support each an every time we had an issue. There were dozens of times. Each time took over a month to get the part needed. So our family bike rides unfortunately came to a quick end. I also don't allowed my kids to go out and ride alone around town, so everyone had to suffer. They discontinued the model that I bought and now I have 5 bikes that don't work and no where to get new parts from. I asked for an upgrade to a model they currently have so that when there are issues, I'll have a place to be able to get new parts. They denied that request. I'm left with 5 broken e-bikes and out over $7,250 plus all the money i've spent trying to fix them. I understand exchanging 5 bikes will put them out a bit financially, but that's the right thing to do when you sell a faulty product. I'm even willing to pay cost for the bikes at a very discounted rate so the company doesn't lose money. PLEASE MAKE THIS RIGHT!

    I purchased a bike that cost well over 3000 dollars from this company. within a year the motor stopped working. This company literally wont pick up the phone. When you email they takes weeks at a time, they refuse to help. They make you go through ridiculous impossible steps to try and get things repaired. They said you need to video tape the noise whiles its happening on a bike that goes 20 plus MPH and the motor issue happens at random times. my bike was rendered useless within a year and only way to fix was to purchase a brand new wheel and motor which i finally caved on for $550 additional dollars. I waited weeks for the motor and wheel before finally contacting again only for them to reply saying i need to send the old wheel back which was never discussed. There is no reason at all for me to send back a major part of the bike that i paid for just so they can refurbish it and sell to someone else. It is by far the most frustrating company every, they have literally zero respect for their customers spending thousands of dollars on a bike. now i basically have a piece of scrap metal because the bike wont work and my choice is send them back half the bike for no reason or throw it in a dumpsters. this company needs to be shut down or sued

    I purchased a bike from this company on 05 July 2024 and received it on 17 Jul 2024. I paid $400 for this bike and have issues with the bikes battery. It does not hold a charge and is inoperable. Ive made multiple attempts to contact the company but have not hear anything from them.I initiated contact on 11 Aug 2034 about this issue:My son has been having a blast riding his K1D with his friends! But, until recently the battery has not been functioning correctly.When we put the battery on the supplied charger, the light turns red and the battery takes charge. Sometime later the indicator turns greens and appears to be fully charged ( I kept it on the charger for around 4-5hrs). He can ride the bike for only a few mins (5 minutes) before it has reduced power and then dies completely.We did everything per the manual for the initial charge and it worked great for the first week.I received a response on 11 Aug 2024 with a ticket number:Your ticket number is ******I have not heard from them since.

    I orders the k1d for my daughter birthday on ************** i paid 581 dollars for the bike it ran great for 2 weeks then it just stopped working i have emailed them multiple times and have not heard back from them . It breaks my 6 yr old heart not to have her birthday present just sitting in the garage not able to use .

    I ordered a bike, online e-bike course and exten protection from super73 August *******. I paid ******** for everything and when you buy a bike it also comes with 1 year warranty. I try and get in contact with support and either there is no one to talk to or they ask you to email them but dont respond back its like once you buy a bike they dont want anything to do with you I have a lcd display that doesnt work and I cant connect to their app

    This bike purchase was a long-awaited dream for my 14 year old son.Unfortunately, our experience with this bike has been fraught with issues. Three weeks after the initial purchase, the motor failed and was determined by our local Super73 authorized repair shop that the motor was faulty. Despite this setback and the bike still under the 30 day warranty, we chose to trust in the Super73 brand and had the bike repaired under warranty, hoping it was an isolated incident. The bike was at the repair shop for 1 month awaiting the replacement motor and 1 additional day for the actual repair. However, just three weeks after the motor replacement, the new motor began to malfunction again. At this point, we lost confidence in the bike and sought to return it for a refund. I submitted a help ticket on July 31st and promptly received an email confirmation, along with my ticket number. I have since followed up with four additional email messages, yet I have not received any response. This lack of communication is unacceptable.Additionally, I visited the ****** showroom two times, where each time a representative assured me that the issue would be escalated and that I would receive a response within two days. Regrettably, these promises have not been fulfilled either.The bike was intended to be my son's primary means of transportation to school. Due to its ongoing issues, he is now left without a reliable mode of transportation, causing significant hardship in our daily lives, as I am a single mother who works a full time in-office job and struggle to find means to get him to school every day.Furthermore, the safety of this bike is a serious concern. The motor has failed and left my son in numerous dangerous situations These incidents have compromised my son's safety and are deeply troubling. Given these serious safety concerns and the persistent lack of resolution from your side, this bike is unsafe to ride.

    I had this bike delivered last week on Tuesday (9/10). I rode it for a couple of days and then noticed the bike stopped taking a charge. I troubleshooted and determined the bike battery or charger is faulty.After further troubleshooting it seems the battery is the issue and is faulty and stopped taking a charge after a couple of rides. At first, I thought, hey no issue i'll just contact their support as the battery is under warranty. I contacted support 4 days ago and still have not received any response. Looked online and saw a lot of negative reviews saying they have not been able to get solid responses from support for over a year. Their listed phone # is also disconnected as well. I either want a full refund or a replacement battery. I am still within the 15 day refund window.

    I purchased a Super73 model ZX on 8/16, for $2,345 including tax for my 16-yo son. Upon receipt, the main electric function of the bike was not working. Having followed all customer service channels provided by ********************** to work through issues, I received some assistance for a few days with no success of remedying the problem. The bike has been sitting in my garage since. I made contact with the current CEO, ******* *******, and with the prior CEO, ******* ******. Both were responsive at first. ******* suggested I contact the BBB if I was getting insufficient support, and here I am. The support offered by Super73 in relation to the premium cost for such a product is incongruous. This type of lack of engagement feels a bit like a scam, and an outright fraud.
