            This company has been charging $39 a month from my account for the last 4 years claiming they helped me with consolidating my student loans. I called my student loan provider and they notified me that consolidating student loans is a free process and that the company student loan processing LLC is a scam and they have done the same to other borrowers. I filed a complain with my bank and unfortunately I cannot get my money back.

            This company scammed me out of thousands of dollars. I'm just thankful I caught on now before making the total of 230 payments. They tell you the money is going towards your loan and once you make the total payments part of your loan is qualified for forgiveness and also you do not acquire interest on your loans while making these payments. They really do make it seem like they are helping lower your debt.I don't understand how these people know my account balances and loan services information. They make it seem as if they are a program through the federal student aid designed to help people that haven't been making their payments or are low income make a low monthly payment each month to pay back your student loans. Do not use this program they are scamming you. And they are not giving you the correct information when you sign up. I have to go through the process of changing my accounts now. I trust nothing involved with this company and they have my account information.
