            BBB unable to locate business
            I was contacted by Student Education Center in reference to my student loan debt and help with making payments in April of 2019. A payment plan of $239.99 monthly was setup and I started paying monthly. I continued with my classes and ended up doing my bachelors degree and was advised that once Im finished I should let them know and that loan would be added into the program I was enrolled into while making the payments. I tried contacting ***** and the office staff and the number is disconnected and so is the emails. Now my credit is reflecting $60,000 in debt, please help? I have been making payments on my loan since 2019. And now to find out thats not going towards my student loan payments.

            Unable to locate Student Education Center. My sister and I had been making payments for over a year and a half during 2018 and 2019. With the expectation that our payments/ money were going towards paying off our student loans. I/we are unsure how to precede in regards to this matter regarding the money we both paid to this company. I paid $239.00 per month for a year and a half, thinking my money sent to this company was paying off my student loan. My sister and I are both teachers and very angry about this fraudulent company. Weve tried their telephone numbers and their website, neither works. Please help us.
