They have helped me through the paperwork documentation maze to update, straighten out, and submit the necessary forms for student loan forgiveness.     Tuesday, October 17, 2023 (ONE OF THE BEST DAY'S OF MY LIFE JUST HAPPENED...I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!!)****, Case Manager at Titan Prep, provided professional & outstanding customer service. She was genuinely concerned and understanding about helping me. She made me aware of all my options and I picked the best options for me. Because I was totally compliant and completed all the information since 2009, where I was enrolled in the *** Program and my Student Loan's were 25 years > or greater the *** Program paid off my Student Loan of $30,693! I know longer feal like Atlas, carrying the World on my shoulders. I feel a great amount of weight lifted from my shoulders, and I am very, very fortunate to have been able to enroll in this program since 2009.****, thank you again so much for your help!VERY TRULY YOURS,AD
