    At first when I started with them I was very skeptical, but they ease my mind by providing me excellent customer service. And Im not just saying this, Im serious about it. I mean like seriously, just excellent customer service. Everything that we did they explained it to me thoroughly and nicely and they called me every single time just like I asked.Best customer service ever from any service I ever use. I would truly recommend them to anyone and anyone who ever needs their services regarding education. Truly, if I didnt have their help I would never be debt-free. With their help I am now debt-free and I cant thank them enough. Thank you ******* and thank you TitanPrep including everybody involved.

    **** was my rep for 5 years. He never dropped the ball on me. He helped me get through the process of updating every year. I had no worries with him. He had much patience with me and my computer. I highly would recommend ****.

    My experience with my TitanPrep case manager, *****, has been seamless. She has been there for my loan forgiveness process every step of the way and has saved me thousands of dollars.We have been speaking regularly for several years, which has allowed me to refer her to my children and their friends. She is always available to answer questions or address concerns, and I don't know what we would have done without her.It is not often that a representative from an organization is so extraordinary that one feels as if she has become a part of the family when speaking with her.

    Tighten prep was the best company that Ive had to deal with so far on my student loan. The agent ****** was awesome, caring, and worked with me when I needed the help. I would recommend this to anybody who needs help with their student loans to be forgiven

    I have had a wonderful experience with Titan Prep! I have been working with them since 2017 and they have made my experience so easy! They have always been quick to respond to my questions and have made sure to keep me updated throughout the whole process! They have always made sure to follow up with me and stay on top of the paperwork, as well as keeping me informed! Thanks to them my loans have finally been forgiven and discharged! I'm so thankful for their team and all they did during this process!
