The man was rude he asked me about another loan, I said I thought the purpose of this was to help consolidate? So what does another one have to do with it, I thought it was a easy process with this. Collateral attached only as television, jewelry, Not cars, home or anything big. Not only was this unprofessional but my credit was pulled so I lost points and felt it was a waste of my time and then to have to have someone unprofessional as him as if I wasnt a customer that mattered. My experience with Credit9 started off well in that the loan was approved, the paperwork was successfully processed and my initial experience with loan consultant, ***, was positive. However, one of the creditors to whom the highest amount of money was owed never received payment from Credit9 (per the loan agreement I signed) because Credit9 mailed payment to the wrong address. That was almost 3 months ago. As a result of Credit9's error and NON-RESPONSIVENESS to the issue they created, not only am I paying Credit9 a monthly amount of almost $800, I am still making payments to the creditor who was supposed to receive payment from Credit9 so Credit9's mistake would not affect my credit. Since Credit9's negligence/error, I have made multiple calls and left multiple messages with Credit9 and have been getting the same boilerplate response from Credit9's representatives - i.e. they are still investigating. The negotiator (person working to resolve the issue) has NEVER contacted me regarding this issue despite my multiple messages. My last message was almost a month ago. Since that time, I have filed a complaint with the ********** of **************** Services Unit at the **************************************************.Business Response

Credit 9 continues to call me even after multiple times I have asked them to stop! Its multiple times a day! I ignore most of them but I figure after asking 4-5 times to stop calling , and they still do, is rather annoying and also a waste of thier time.Business Response

I applied with them, and ended up getting a loan from my credit union. Reps from this company keep calling several times a day, everyday, for the past 2 months. *** asked them nicely more than ********************************************************************************* their service. They constantly call, every couple of hours, every single day. Its been 2 months and I feel like this should be addressed because harassing someone after you have been asked not to call is not acceptable. I have blocked several numbers they call from and I still keep getting calls. This is harassment and really needs to stop. Ive attached my call log from just the past two days. Multiple calls from them, sometimes back to back, or every couple of hours.Business Response

Credit9 has been calling my phone 3-4 times daily via automated/robo calls from multiple numbers. I have never been affiliated with this business nor do I have a customer relationship with **********************. My number is also registered with the national do not call registry. I have made several attempts to have my phone number removed from Credit9s database, but I continue to receive 3-4 calls per day.Business Response

I personally have never been an account holder or customer of ********/**********************; therefore, the firms response is without merit. The response submitted by ********/Credit9 is a misrepresentation to the BBB. This situation has been reported to both ********** and Washington Offices of the Attorney General as well as the ********************************** ********/Credit9s efforts to pursue contact with me in an ****** aggressive manner constitute criminal harassment and the firms intentions appear fraudulent in nature. ********/Credit9s actions violate applicable Telephone Consumer Protection Act legislation. Further violations may result in legal action.
