    Beware of Sound Asleep Gummies from Medterra CBD, LLC I had an extreme adverse affect from ONE GUMMY. I took 0ne Sound Asleep gummy from Medterra and by the next afternoon, my right jaw and gums were INFECTED and HURT TREMENDOUSLY. I am having to take antibodics from my dentist to stop the infection from ONE SOUND ASLEEP GUMMY FROM MEDTERRA. I am going to report this to the ****************************. My money has been refunded but what about my medical ********** not trust any Medterra Products. The only way to get a response from Medterra is to email them. The telephone line is computer answered. No human interaction unless emailed. My mouth and jaw still hurt and will have to see dentist for follow ***** far have not been able to get explanation as to why this happened. Nor what caused the infection. DO NOT TRUST Medterra Products.Medterra owes me for my medical expenses. I felt heavily drugged by the gummy during the night. I have had other *** products and none have given me this trouble. Medterra owes me an explanation and medical expenses,LF *********

    This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I have had nothing but issues with this company and missing orders. I get told one thing and then the complete opposite happens. I have had 2 replacement orders sent to me and have yet to have anything delivered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY it is a rip off. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to me ordering from them.

    Beware of this company Medterra. They start out ok and then somehow delivery issues arise. Many complaints about this as I have found out. They **** it delivered when it wasnt. They have terrible customer service. Never again nor their other two companies.

    One of the most horrific experiences Ive ever had with customer service. This company charged my credit card without me ordering. Do NOT give them your credit card information unless you want to be scammed. They are simply a horrible, fraudulent company.

    I have been ordering the same product for awhile and it has been a game changer for sleeping. I am on the automatic order every 2 months. I personally have never had an issue with delivery. Side note For some reason my product, Fast Asleep is no loner being produced and this time I was sent a different product which they did inform me about. Sadly it did not work. I will call them to ask why they stopped making that product and if they will bring it back. My experience has been wonderful.

    first time dealing with this company will also be the last. its no wonder they have so many horrible reviews. I ordered something that unbeknownst to me was sitting on back order so had to reach out to them to find that out. I looked on order page many times to see if it was ever going to be shipped and never said my items were back ordered. They issued a refund and im still yet to see it. had to file dispute with bank. Dealing with this company is nothing but a headache. SHOP *****************!

    I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered from Medterra. They overcharged me at checkout, and when I called to talk to customer service I was repeatedly told operators were busy and then promptly hung up on. Chat customer service said its too late to correct, even though I reached out first thing in the morning. Do not order from this company. I now have to await shipment and suffer the inconvenience and expense of returning, if the product ever arrives at all. There are plenty of comparable products out there by companies who give a darn.
