Just wanted to say what a positive experience I had talking with ******** , don't know her last name , I lost it when she hung up. Very informative and uplifting. She was very clear spoken and professional ... wish everyone on the other end of the phone was like this . If I could give a 0 star, I would. Spoke to ***** *. and was very clear with him from the start that I did not want a debt consolidation program and was only looking for a personal loan. He ran everything and told me he can only offer a debt resolution program. I let him know I did not want that and was not interested. He then proceeded to tell me that was my only option and he thinks I should take it. I again told him I was not interested. He became rude and basically yelled at me and questioned my decision on why I didn't want that, which I already made it very clear that I was not interested in that option. I asked him to respect my decision and he continued to yell at me and brought my kids into the conversation to try to use against me, and told me he was a financial expert and no other company will ever give me a loan, then told me that if I don't accept the offer right now he will hang up and will get another call in 5 seconds. I told him that was fine and he hung up before I even finished my sentence. He is not a financial expert - he is a Client Solutions Specialist. Where does this indicate that he is a financial expert? He was rude and disrespectful. There is being an aggressive sales person and being plain rude and disrespectful. He is the latter. This is a direct reflection of your organization and I would never do business with your organization. I will make sure to let everyone I know not to do business with your organization either.Symple Lending LLC

The agent in question has been reported to their leadership team and will be undergoing direct coaching to correct this behavior. Spoke with Mr ***** about the loan, signed contract, spoke with lawyer and I dont like the terms and conditions ,so I told the lawyer I need to cancel my contract. Send the cancellation letter to address provided on the cancellation letter over the night! So now ,I cant get in touch with company or Mr ****** to make sure my contract is canceled! Nobody answered the phone calls or emails ! Very frustrating and disappointed.Symple Lending LLC

Zero stars because first and formost I was clear that I was not willing to "settle" my debt. Of course after keeping me on the phone that is the only thing that was offered. These places are predatory. I believe they know from the beginning that they are not going to offer anyone a true consolidation loan. **** ***** is totally UNPROFESSIONAL! When he thought the line was disconnected he proceeded to have a conversation with someone (obviously on the line without my knowledge or consent) where he proceeded to talk trash about me and what was disclosed in the call. This went on for some time and when I finally spoke up and told him that he was soooo professional all I heard was CLICK .... can you say OOPS?! Stay far away from them!Symple Lending LLC

I recently contacted Simply Lending for assistance with debt that was accumulated due to the untimely passing of my brother. I spoke with someone by the name of *******, who was extremely condescending and rude.
