    I filled out the online application yesterday and scheduled to call to review it today. My scheduled call time came and went. I received a call an half hour later and no one responded when I said hello. I hung up and I called back a gentleman answered the phone, I do not recall his name, and said he was the funding Capital manager of whatever Branch I had reached. He asked me a question that I didn't understand specifically what he was asking because it was very vague and then he got an attitude with me because I didn't give him an answer he wanted and he refused to continue helping me with my application got very rude called me out my name so I called him out of his name which in turn he called me out of my name again. Then sent me a text after I hung up. Being very snide and disrespectful. This company doesn't deserve anybody's business but is entirely unacceptable.

    The client completed an online application on July 2, 2025, and scheduled a follow-up call to review the submitted information. Although the callback ran slightly behind schedule, our team reconnected with the client as quickly as possible.
    During the call, our Funding Manager, *****, followed standard protocol by asking essential questions required to move forward. These questions are crucial to ensuring alignment with the applicants goals and qualifications.
    As confirmed through internal review and call recordings, ***** asked for clarification on a key point. The client expressed frustration, declined to answer certain questions, but still wanted to proceed. ***** respectfully explained that full participation was necessary and that without it, we may not be a good fit.
    At that point, the client used inappropriate language toward *****. At no time did ***** use derogatory language or refer to the client by any inappropriate name. Despite the verbal hostility, ***** remained calm, stated that he may not be the right person to assist, and politely ended the call by wishing her well.
    ***** then sent a brief follow-up text message, which our team reviewed and confirmed included no profanity or unprofessional content.
    We understand the client may have misinterpreted the tone or timing of that message and regret if she felt disrespected.
    Our organization holds itself to the highest standards of professionalism and maintains a zero-tolerance policy for verbal abuse directed toward staff. While we regret that this interaction did not meet the expectations of either party, we consider the matter resolved unless new, material information emerges.

    I recently went thru Symple Lending to consolidate my credit card debt. I was told by **** ***** that if my first payment was made which was $173.84 + $33.64 that my debt would be paid off. Well, my credit cards aren't paid off and my banks keep charging me late fees and surcharges cause my credit cards aren't paid off. I have also recently tried to contact Mr. ***** and ask him why my credit cards aren't paid off and he hasn't returned any phone calls and won't give me any answers pertaining to my questions. I would like a refund, or my credit cards paid off ****.

    Additionally, we note that members of our upper management team reached out to you twice last week in good faith to address your questions and address your concerns. To date, we have not received a response.

    Please note that in this type of program, payments are not sent to creditors immediately. Instead, your funds are deposited into a dedicated account and used to negotiate settlements over time, as clearly explained in the enrollment materials and agreement you signed.

    applied for their services, spoke to them on the phone at first, he told me that the interest rate on a loan would be high but wouldn't give me any more information on loan as to payment, wanted me to sign up for debt consolidation which means all my accounts would get closed and my credit would most definitely take a hit then when i told him I'm not doing that kept pressure me with how you gonna pay this down well first off none of your business after 3rd no i just no thanks and hung up. so, most of the complaints on here about them switching it is true. not a very good way to do business.

    I have requested multiple times that this company stop contacting me via phone calls, emails or any other method yet they continue to contact to me. They are a straight fraud / scam as the email on their website to contact to remove yourself from their list doesnt even work. They call me multiple times a day through robocalling using prerecorded messages. I have blocked hundreds of their numbers but just keep coming. I will be filing state and federal regulatory complaints if this does not stop.

    Our records indicate that the complainants contact information was previously added to our internal Do Not Contact (DNC) list. Once an individual requests to be removed or opts out, we make every reasonable effort to ensure no further contact is initiated. Our systems are regularly audited to ensure compliance with all applicable telemarketing laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act, where appropriate.
    We take DNC requests seriously and have already flagged this individuals information for suppression across all current marketing channels. While we cannot control third-party data vendors or unauthorized use of spoofed numbers, we have reviewed and confirmed that the complainants information remains on our restricted list.
    Regarding the assertion that our email address is non-functional, we have tested and verified that our opt-out email channel is active and operational. If the complainant encountered any technical issue, we sincerely regret the inconvenience and would encourage direct communication at *******************************************************************
    Please note that we do not use robocalling or prerecorded messages in violation of state or federal laws.     I did a loan consolation thru Symple lending. Anastasia assured me all the required loans were on the payment. One was left out and I was served with summons to court. Symple lending. , especially Anastasia, kept assuring me it was on there. It wasn’t. No Symple lending and alperstein law won’t fix it.

    First i applied for a Loan than i was denied and steered into a debt consolidation and Signed up for the above . 3 day s ago and today i decided to cancel which there web site states i have 7 days to do so. I have been on the phone over an Hour at least..Was transferred numerous times at least 5 from Ca to Az and different affiliates and subsidiaries and still i cant find anyone to be able to rectify this issue . They have my bank information and will start to automatically draft funds for a service i do not want . Please i need your help

    Consolidation $330 a month I email and don't get a reply back last time I emailed was sep 2nd 2024 with no reply till this day. I would like to get out of it. I feel like it is a scam at this point.

    I have filed for a cease and desist from this company multiple times. They keep contacting me. I have never asked for a consolidation loan. After I logged a cease & desists they started contacted me even more. In the past 2 days they have contacted me over 20 times
