  Due to a disability, had to have a new type door and window installed. **** ********* did the design, ***** ********* was the project manager and the two fantastic craftsmen were ***** and ******** We are extremely pleased with the end results. The door and window look like they were originally with the house. ***** and ******* were extremely polite and helpful while here, cleaned up the site every day and really were experts at what they do. Next up will be making the bathroom accessible and SeaPointe, ****, ***** and their crew will be doing that as well. If this smaller project is any indication of how that will go, I am sure we will be very happy.

  We just completed our kitchen and living room remodel with Sea Pointe. We are very happy with the final product.Sea Pointe made the process easy and straight forward. As a design-build, they handled everything for our project from design, permitting, procurement, demo, and construction.We loved working with our designers ***** and *******. We had a good idea of what we wanted but they pushed us to really elevate the design and to add some show stopping details.During the construction process our project manager ***** kept us updated on the daily construction activities. He let us know as soon as possible about any construction issues and our options to resolve them. This helped to keep the project on schedule and budget. He also coordinated all of the permitting and sign-offs from the ******* was a pleasure working with *****.We loved working with **** and ****. They did a fantastic job with new mantle and wood detail above our fireplace. In addition, the built a fantastic divider for our loft area. The carpentry detail and craftsmanship are amazing.The Sea Pointe construction crew was great. ****** ***** ***** ***** and ***** were on time and treated our house like their own. They kept the site clean and organized throughout the construction. Their attention to detail was greatly appreciated. We look forward to enjoying and entertaining at our home for years to come.

  We recently completed a remodel of our downstairs, including a complete gut of our kitchen, a remodel of the downstairs bathroom, a re-do of our fire place, and new cabinets in our family room. We also had our entire downstairs hard wood floors refinished. From start to finish, we could not have been happier with the result or with the services that we received from Sea Pointe. Our initial contact was with our designer, **********, who worked tirelessly with us to help bring our vision to life. She listened to what we wanted and made valuable suggestions. She continued working with us throughout our project to ensure that everything we wanted was done. Our project manager, *****, made a major construction project seamless. Any time we had a question or a concern or a problem or there was an issue, ***** was immediately responsive and got the job done. All of the other people from Sea Pointe that worked in our home were unbelievably skilled and incredibly professional. We were particularly impressed with ***** and *******, who went above and beyond. Everyone that we came into contact with from Sea Pointe were always friendly and courteous and made sure that our house was clean both inside and out each day. We wish we could give more than 5 stars for this review--I would recommend this company to anyone and plan on using them again for future projects. Thank you, Sea Pointe for a job well done and for making it all so easy!!!

  I recently worked with SeaPointe for the SECOND time and their work continues to be exceptional, professional and efficient. ******* was my designer, **** was my project manager, and the team included *******, ******** and *****. During the process of remodeling three bathrooms, this project was completed ahead of schedule and within budget. The result is beautiful and I could not be happier with the design and workmanship.   We couldnt be happier with the results of our kitchen remodel with SeaPointe. From start to finish, the team was professional, skilled, and a pleasure to work with. ****** was our primary designer and often main point of contact throughout the remodel. She was fantastic. ****** listened to our ideas carefully, provided guidance, and helped us design a space that fit our style and needs. Her creative vision was key in making our kitchen come to life, and we appreciated how she was always available to answer questions, keep us informed, and maintain flexibility with her schedule to meet ours. ****, ********* **** and project leader, ***, were instrumental for us throughout the actual construction process. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring everything went smoothly made the project as stress-free as it could be for us. We very much appreciated their communication during the weeks of construction. Every individual was on point and could help us understand what the plan was that day, week, and weeks ahead.   Sea Pointe made every step of our home remodel incredibly easy and efficient. Their team, from design to project management to the individual tradespeople in our home each day, was incredibly professional, courteous, and thoughtful. When we decided to overhaul our home completely, the initial decision on who would help us get through design and remodeling was difficult. Sea Pointe has validated our choice at every turn. For context, there wasn't an area of our home left unaffected by the remodel. We moved out of our home and put everything in Sea Pointe's hands.The design process with ******* and ****** was a complete pleasure. They helped narrow the overwhelming number of options into choices that fit our style. The design decisions we all collectively made reassured us going into the remodel phase.****, our project manager, and his team, ******** Cristian, and ***** were easy to work with and fast to resolve challenges onsite. We were constantly updated on progress and what was coming next.Special recognition to ***** ***** and ***** who did the cabinet work in our kitchen and bathrooms. Also, ******* for incredible tile work throughout our entire home.?Note, we were sure that due to the size and obviousness of our remodel to our neighborhood we would be unpopular quickly but the Sea Pointe team was so polite and respectful that we heard nothing but approval and referral requests.Finally, as the ultimate sign of approval, we are looking forward to working with Sea Pointe again when we upgrade our garage and outdoor space.The quality of the work and the attention to detail in the design and onsite management make Sea Pointe our first choice and our strongest recommendation.

  We have done a number of home improvement projects over the years. In this case we renovated two bathrooms in our home. Our experience with Sea Pointe was among the best. From the start, we found everyone to be very professional. The design team of ******* and ****** offered good ideas and were mindful of managing the budget. The field team led by Project Manager *********************** were punctual and a pleasure to work with. They took great care to protect our home from dust and any potential damage as our project was on two floors of our home. The quality of the work performed by ***, ***** and **** was top-notch. They were very good at soliciting our opinion on various aspects of the project so that things were done right the first time. Without hesitation, they addressed any issues that we saw as the work progressed. We were also impressed with **** and ***** who did the cabinet work for our project. Sea Pointe also handled the permitting process and inspections with the city without a hitch. I think you will find Sea Pointe is not the least expensive option, but we felt the investment we made paid returns in quality, ease of conducting the project and getting the work done in a timely way. Above all, the people were worked with were professional and just nice people who were in our home every day for the time it took to complete the work. We would recommend Sea Pointe Construction to anyone considering a home construction project or renovation.

  We are more than halfway through our complete kitchen re-model with Sea Pointe. This is the third major project we have done with them - the other two were the master and guest baths. We have worked with ********** as our designer. He is very creative, has a good eye, is a very good listener and always steers us in the right direction. ************, our project manager, is very attentive while onsite and very responsive to texts. In addition, he is patient with our many questions. His team has been great including his crew (*****, ******* and ****), the cabinet crew (****************** and *****), Sparky the Electrician, ***************** and ************. Everyone shows up on time with a cheery smile, is very respectful and polite, takes pride in their work, is careful while on our property and shows care for making sure there is no damage and they are always willing to answers our questions. We will return to Sea Pointe again and again! They have a high level of integrity and are very professional. Thank you to everyone - we are excited for our new kitchen and we know it will be beautiful.

  I just had my guest bathroom remodeled by Sea Pointe Construction and I was not disappointed. My husband and I are extremely happy with the result and our neighbors (through word of mouth) have been asking to see the stunning remodel. The remodel began with our Design Consultant, **********. She is a good listener and has a great mind for design. She walked my husband and I through the entire design process by listening to what we envisioned, helping us to select the beautiful accessories and answering questions as the project ensued. ***, our project manager, was knowledgeable, available to us, and promptly answered our questions via text messages or phone calls. While it is never easy to have strangers in your home, every worker was skilled, professional, and kind. From demolition to clean-up, *** was excellent and became a trusted friend. **** did a phenomenal job as well and was one of the kindest professionals in the group. **** and ***** arrived to install the bathroom cabinet despite the pouring rain and arrived with great attitudes and did a terrific job! I highly recommend Sea Pointe Construction for your next remodel. With them, you really get what you pay for! This company has integrity and hires the most skilled, competent, and professional team for the job!
