              I recently bought a Stetson open road from Boot Barn on March 14, because I had reward credit on my account. However when I purchased it my account showed I had no credit. Boot barn had even sent me a flyer stating I had $15 in reward points to use in the mail. Im hoping either boot barn is willing to refund me $15 in my recent Stetson purchase, or to issue me a gift card or credit of $15 for future purchases online or in store. That being said, I love boot barn and spend a lot of money there. I even ordered a second Stetson a week later.Order number BB08664617

              I went in to purchase a pair of jeans the jeans I picked out were on a shelf for the price of *****. Even the jeans on the sticker stated ***** when I went to check out the lady said that wasnt the right price and that the jeans were in fact *****. This is absolutely ridiculous. All of the jeans in that section were marked at the lower price. They refused to honor the price that they put on their jeans. Im in no way a lawyer but Im pretty sure that theres something in the Consumer Protection Act that says that they need to honor that price.
