  Piece of s*** company they want to charge you a full month up front and you can't do anything with your policy for the entire month so they are making you pay for something you can't even use till your second payment this sounds like a scam paying for something you can't use till your second payment.

  Mr. ****** enrolled in coverage through our website on July 8, 2025. As with all of our plans, coverage begins with an initial payment and includes a standard 30-day waiting period before claims can be approved. This period is outlined at the time of purchase with an effective date and is designed to allow customers to review the plan in full. During this time, customers are welcome to cancel for any reason and receive a full *********. ****** submitted a claim for issues related to his vehicles front end, brakes, and ride control while still within this 30-day review period. Upon evaluation, these concerns were determined to be pre-existing, which is not covered under the terms of the policy. We informed Mr. ****** of the findings and provided him with the option to either maintain his plan for future, eligible repairs or to void the plan and receive a full *********. Misner chose to cancel, and his plan was voided in full with a 100% refund of his initial payment. We appreciate his consideration and wish him the best moving forward.

  They are a piece s*** company who does nothing but take your money. They do everything they can to not help you out. The company is a total joke. If I could it would be negative 5 rating. Piece of s*** company.

  Were sorry to hear that Mr. ******** had a negative *************. ******** enrolled in coverage with ************************** on May 20, 2025. As outlined in our Terms of Service and during the enrollment process, all plans include a standard 30-day waiting period before coverage becomes active. This period exists to prevent claims on pre-existing conditions and allows customers time to review the plan and decide whether theyd like to continue.On June 26, 2025 just outside the 30-day waiting period Mr. ******** submitted a claim for an oil pump issue. After review, the claim was denied as it involved a pre-existing condition, which is not covered under the terms of the policy. Mr. ******** was informed of the decision and was issued a full refund for all payments made. His plan was subsequently voided in full.We understand the frustration that can come with unexpected vehicle repairs, especially when a claim is not eligible. However, our team followed all outlined policies, communicated clearly, and ensured that Mr. ******** was not charged for a plan he ultimately did not use.We remain committed to transparency and customer satisfaction, and we wish Mr. ******** the best moving forward.

  Exceptional Service and Unexpectedly Fast Support from Sprout Assure!
  I recently purchased a Sprout Assure Auto Warranty about two weeks ago. To my surprise and slight frustration, my check engine light came on last week. Knowing I hadn’t yet passed the 30-day waiting period outlined in the policy (which I admittedly hadn’t read thoroughly!), I was prepared to cover the entire repair cost myself.
  However, Sprout Assure truly impressed me! Despite the waiting period not yet being over, they went ahead and paid for half of my auto repair bill! This level of customer service and willingness to help, even before the policy was officially in effect, is truly outstanding and speaks volumes about their commitment to their customers.
  Adding to this already positive experience, I’m thrilled to say that I’ll be getting my truck back tomorrow! This quick turnaround on the repair, coupled with their unexpected financial assistance, has given me immense peace of mind and solidified my confidence in choosing Sprout Assure.
  While I should have read the fine print more carefully, their proactive approach to helping me with my repair issue and the speed of the service have been exceptional.
