    When my *** got this warranty he was assured his vehicle was covered. They knew the age and mileage of the vehicle. He had gotten a used truck from a dealership. After having the truck for 4 months it was found by a service station he took the vehicle to for an oil change that there were slow leaks under the vehicle. He took it to the **** dealer to get fixed and submitted for warranty. Denied due to mileage. Then when he complained it was denied for not having had the warranty long enough. This seems like fraud. They knew the age and mileage and took his money He is a widower with three children who needed a warranty to ensure any breakdowns would be taken care of. He is now stuck with no way to get the repairs done.

It appears the individual who submitted the complaint is not the account holder, and as such, we are unable to verify or dispute the details of the situation without the actual customers information.
    At **********************, we take customer satisfaction seriously and always aim to provide clear and accurate information regarding coverage terms, including vehicle eligibility based on age and mileage. However, in order to properly investigate and respond to this matter, we kindly ask that the primary customer (the person who purchased the ******************* reach out to us directly or authorize the complainant to speak on their behalf.
    We are committed to reviewing this further if we are provided with the correct customer name, policy number, or contact information. We look forward to resolving this promptly and professionally.

    On 12/16/22 My car was towed to an Aamco dealer for transmission work. I have Sprout coverage repair assist.They were contacted by the Aamco dealer. He was told my policy had elapsed on 12/28/22. So you can see my car was taken in before the so called policy expiration. As s side note, they withdrew $49.00 dollars from my account as they always have for a monthly payment. This withdrawal was done oddly enough on 12/28/22.The dealer has called them several times with no result. When I call, which has been eight to ten times, I get nothing except it's been turned in to finance and they will call you. I can't speak to anyone in finance or even a supervisor. I need my car. Aamco won't release the car without Full payment of $6,700. which they should be investigated for also. Nowhere in this area is a transmission that high. I was in the hospital when this all began.I'm 75 years old and getting to frustrated and upset with crooked business practices. HELP Thank You, ***********************

    In response to this customer claim on not being assisted with repair. This customers policy at the time was administered by ******. ****** is who the client or repair facility would call for any claims to be made and paid. We here at Sprout did receive a complaint from the customer in regard to a claim not being handled properly. We contacted the administrator and were able to rectify the situation.  When we did a follow up in March with *****, he said his repair was taken care of, he was happy and had no complaints
