              THE BLUTOOTH CONNECTION FOR MY PHONE HAS NEVER WORKED CORRECTLY AS WHEN I CALL SOME ONE OR WHEN SOME ONE CALLS ME USUALLY THEY CANNOT HEAR ME IT IS NOT EVERY CALL BUT WORRISOME AS IF I AM ON THE **** AND HAVE AN EMERGENCY THE POLICE MAY NOT HEAR WHAT I AM SAYING. MAZDA KNOWS ABOUT THIS ISSUE AND HAS A FIX FOR IT HOW EVER IF THE DEALER CANNOT FIND VIA A COMPUTER HOOKUP OR BY MAKING A CALL THEN THEY WILL NOT FIX IT. I DON'T UNDERSATND THEY KNOW ABOUT THIS HAVE SAID THEY HAVE THE FIX BUT WON'T TOUCH IT BECAUSE THE PART IS EXPENSIVE

              I purchased my brand new 2024 Mazda CX-5 in November 2023. Not any issues with the car itself. I was happy with my purchase.February 2nd 2024 I got into an accident which had $26,000 worth of damage. Insurance did not total it out which meant they had to collect a handful of parts for. Mazda. It had been close to 2 months now and Mazda does not have an air pressure pipe NO WHERE in the US for this car. The collision center has their hands tied and my rental has lapsed with my insurance. I called the Mazda location I bought the car from yesterday along with customer care and finance and not a single person would provide any solution. I asked if I could have a loaner, even if I had to pay for it with a discount, or an extended warranty since at this point my car is collecting dust and not a single person showed any compassion or resolution on how they could assist. Accidents can be very draining and stressful and while I had faith in Mazda when I purchased my car it was full of fake clouds due to the fact Im in a bind and no one cares to help or show any compassion. Unfortunately Im stuck with this car for a while but I have posted on social media what happened and will make sure I will not buy a Mazda in the future.
