Regarding Hyundai Motor Finance, I mailed in my *************** CU personal check #**** for my lease payoff *** of $21,632.33 and Hyundai debited from my cking account via ACH this amount on 2/22/24. However, Hyundai did not post it to my lease account # ********** and posted to someone else's but they cannot figure out where it went. My lease expired on 3/1/24 which I paid off in time but since it is not posted to MY Hyundai acct I am now getting collection letters. I been calling Hyundai's C.S. and always get trans, this last time I was trans 4 times before they got me to ***/*** in their escalation ***** She took my info and said someone will get back to me in 48 hrs, it's now been 2 weeks. Hyundai only means of contact is outsourced C.S. that does not help with this kind of issue or to mail to Hyundai. So I also mailed in a letter to Hyundai with all the tracking proof and still no one is resolving this issue or contacting me. I have been debited $21k that no one knows where it went and soon I'm getting my car repo'ed by Hyundai even though they have my money. I just want this resolved so I can get my CA title for a car I paid for over 1 month ago. I would like to have an actual Hyundai rep to deal with personally so that this can get resolved - an email or direct phone # and name. I want this resolved before my car gets repo'ed in error due to Hyundai's lack of action.
