      8 Vizio tvs in 5 years between two households and the only lawsuit is for privacy?? WHAT PRIVACY??? These plastic boxes are exactly that and do not even deserve the classification of being called a television. My *** brand (*******) TELEVISION has lasted longer than all 8 Vizios.

      If I could leave a 0 I would. Worst place ever. Manager states he dont care about his customers. ***** had a year manufacture warranty. Contacted them within the year of tv cutting off it self, then tv wouldnt cut on then finally gave out. Tv was put up away so it didnt get damaged , customer service stated they send a new one but bc I dont know where the tv was at at the time of calling I called back a few days later and told them where it was located and where they can pick it up. Sent photos and videos that they asked for. Stated someone would call me never heard anything. Got a email stating replacement would be sent out. Time got ahead of me and I just recently contacted to see where the replacement was and they told me they had cancelled my warranty same day I contacted about replacement ,no explanation. No email or call saying it was cancelled. Manager wanted to offer a 100 bucks. Told him he lost his mind. That 100 aint nothing for a brand new 65in tv. Worst customer service . Product is not worth the buy. Manager and agents are very bias.

      I just recently purchased a 5.1 soundbar. I connected and downloaded the app. Sound will not work on TV, but will work via Bluetooth thru my phone. I chatted with support and no resolution. Today I called support and still no resolution. I will not recommend Vizio to anyone not even my enemies.

      DON'T BUY VIZIO! Bought a Vizio ******** about and it recently began having issues, shutting off randomly on it's own. Assuming this was just "end of life" I bought a new Vizio. Upon setting it up, there was a delay of several seconds between pushing a button on the remote and seeing the action on the TV. Then it began buffering often and freezing live streams, or dropping out of the app that was running. Called Vizio several times and went through troubleshooting steps which would fix the problem for a few days, although the remote delay remained. Finally convinced them to send a replacment and that has the same and other issues! When I requested a refund, they state that their policy is 3 replacements before they will refund.I spoke with 2 professional installers to see if my issues are unique. Both stated they stopped using Vizio due to similar and other issues. DON'T BUY VIZIO!

      I purchased a TV November 23 and 3 months of having the television it started to have lines going across and blanking on and off. I contacted tech support March 24 about the issue while the TV was in warranty. They requested that I send photos which I did and stated they would replace and be in contact. I havent heard anything from them since that complaint so TV still have the issue I called again asking about what happened to the replacement now they say its out of warranty and want to offer $100 rebate for a new TV I would have to purchase I told the lady ****** she out her mind why would I buy another TV from you guys if this one gave issues 3 months of having it

      The customer service *** wouldn't look at the video evidence i took of my issue. I posted it to reddit and they just say "Go to our customer support". I would have sent a video via SMS but they literally never responded to my text even though their website says they do.Absolutely awful business. Never again!

      Purchased tv new on 4-1-25 and remote does not work. Talked to customer support several times and was totally given the run around. I would never buy this brand again. DO NOT BUY.

      Worst tv ever. Constantly disconnects from wifi, remote lags or doesn't respond. **************** is even worse. This company should not be allowed to continue making horrible televisions

      We had a tv for 32 days before it stopped working. We called and they told us we would receive a refund in 10 days. Its been a month and they have told us three different timeframes. Whenever the promised day arrives, we call and they give an excuse as to why we didnt receive it. We asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times and were hung up on or told there wasnt one available. They tell someone will call us and they never do. We just want our money back.

      My son bought us a Vizio TV for Christmas. We are on a antenna, we started having issues with the tv searching for a network? We have none. The tv then started trying to reprogram. Then it started shutting off every 20 minutes and trying to reboot. By the time the problems grew we were out if the warranty and Target would not take it back. Numerous, numerous calls where made to Vizio support which yielded no help what so ever. Eventually the tv started shutting off every 3 min. To reboot. We boxed it up and put it in **********, unusable. Best buy told me vizios where ******* tvs. And that while all newer smart TVs would occasionally try to reprogram in our situation, ( antenna) that all the other brands would not do the shutting off thing, this is because Vizio uses all kinds of parts from a menagerie of sources and they don't work right together a lot of times, ***** the "******* tv" nickname from Best buy. We will never buy another and will advise anyone and everyone we know to not buy any Vizio product. This was a terrible experience.
