On 3/2024 I ordered 2 wigs from Nadula totaling over $100 order #N600794942. I was told my order was processing and to allow up to 2-3 weeks to process and then it would be shipped from *****. I needed the products sooner and decided to reach out to customer service to see what was my expected shipping and/or delivery time. I was never contacted and told a date and support advised I could cancel my order for a refund. I cancelled my order and was told allow 24 hours for a return to be processed. My order has cancelled successfully but no refund has been received Every time I contact them thru chat on their website they will tell me someone will contact me. Late at night they respond via whatsapp or email and say my money returned, but it was not. They are blaming my card company but show no evidence payment was returned. My refund has still not been received. I have however, got messages stating I need to submit payment in another form, but that was only after numerous attempts to get the status of my refund. I merely want my refund and for others to beware.
