This is an account of what has transpired over the past 7 months. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated and need your help to getting all my documents processed at DMV or getting my money back, please. In my 38+ years of owning cars, I have never purchased a car through a dealer on the spot. I honestly thought it was a good thing but knowing what I know now about careless dealerships, I wish I had purchased it differently. I am also angry at the fact that, this dealership/individual lies and I think there should be serious consequences to his business license at the ********************** because I have a feeling I am not the only one this has happened to.11/13/21 I saw an advertising of the care at aplusqualityaotuo.com. Called and spoke with ****, he said he was the owner of dealership, and set up an appointment to see car.11/14/21 Went to dealership and test drove car and said I wanted to buy car.11/15/21 I called and text **** and told him that I had the money in credit union check ($12,000) and cash ($1,500)= $13,500 and would bring it to him after work (I have text on my phone)5pm I went to dealership and gave **** the $13,500. He gave me the selling documents, keys, car fax information, and said the rest of the paperwork would be processed and that I would receive my pink Slip with current tags in 4-6 weeks and that he placed a temporary permit on the lower right hand side of my front windshield.2/3/22 I called and spoke with **** and questioned about my tags and pink slip because I had not received them. He said he didnt understand why I hadnt received it and that maybe it was taking longer because of COVID. He said to give it a few more weeks.4/6/22 I called **** again regarding my tags and pink slip and he said everything had been done and he didnt understand why I hadnt received anything yet but would mail me the temporary plates paper he had so that I can place it on the car. He said the same thing had happened to another client
