The company did not follow through with their advertisements. I wasted my money and need a refund. Also, my name was used in their advertisements (I saved them on my computer). I'm concerned my identity will be stolen so I'm requesting an immediate withdrawal from their database.The consequences of this are very serious. It's not my position to say what should be done with the responsible employees. But, If I was the supervisor, I would immediately fire all employees without severance pay or reference.Business Response

We are always refining our search mechanisms for future customer use. There are also a lot of variables in data which may cause information to not be present. We have no record of payment under the email ************************ so there is nothing to refund. It doesn't look like you've created an account. I have been a victim of a violent stalker and peoplewhiz.com website at the following link: https://www.peoplewhiz.com/flow/results/****/~/*******/Rocky%20Mount/MO/~ They have posted personal information about me jeopardizing my safety. They refuse to remove any information listed on there website without a copy of my ID that contains further information that they do not have and could possibly list for public viewing. I will also be filing a complaint with the state of California CCPA as I now reside inn that state.Business Response

They advertise that they'll give you all the information. That they can find everything on almost everyone for the price ot $27 and some change. And then when I get in there it tells me for two times the information I have to pay extra money and they give me hardly no information at all in the first place that amounted to anything.. On Dec. 2022 I joined for 1 month, I believe it was $19.00 or $27. Not sure I want to cancel so they do not charge my card again, am going to call them at ********** There is no place on the site to cancel and they never told me I would get charged if I did Not Cancel, just want to be sure! Started a three day trial. I have done everything I can to cancel for three months to no avail. I want it cancelled and the money refunded. They say you can cancel bit there is no way to do that. Criminals just get you to sign for free trial and no way to cancel!Business Response
