    Like most of the other complainants, I am unable to remove my information from this data broker. Their shady practices make it almost impossible to contact them, directly, in any way. This should not happen to anyone. It's on par with ransomware. They take buy, sell, and possess my information and leave me with no easy way to remove it. When you have finally jumped through every hoop, they ask you for even MORE sensitive information in the form of a PHOTO ID. This is wholly unacceptable, and they need to be made to held to account.

     Hello,

    Thank you for your service. I read through your response, and noticed what might be an error. In it, I saw it say my complaint is with "Background Alert". But my complaint is with ***********. Are they owned by the same people? The issue still persists and they haven't responded, and i still can't get my information removed from their site. If they aren't the same people or organization, please forward the complaint to ***********. If they are the same site, then it's inexcusable that their page for opting out isn't working, and is in violation of the united states people's right to privacy.

    Hello, I recently got notification from my data privacy company about the storage, sale, or distribution or my personal information by ******************************. I desire to opt out. When going through the process to opt out they say a photo ID validation is required. This is ridiculous and I am not going to give the company more information to remove information that should not be stored in the first place. I request that my personal information be deleted and removed from their servers as I did not consent to the use, replication, sale, or storage of my personal information. I would like confirmation that it has been removed in its entirety and that I do not need to supply more information to do so. Thank you!

    This company publicly posted my personal information on their website without my consent, including my name, age, relatives, and phone number. I did not authorize them to collect, store, or share this information, so I contacted them to request its removal. They acknowledged my request and stated that it would take 5-7 business days to delete my information. However, when attempting to verify that my data had been removed, I discovered that their website was inaccessible, preventing me from confirming whether they followed through. Further, their website HAS been inaccessible for more than a week. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. I have a right to ensure that my personal information has been fully removed, and their failure to provide a way to verify this raises serious concerns. I am requesting immediate confirmation that my information has been deleted and that it is no longer accessible to the public. Additionally, I want the company to ensure that my data will never be available on their platform again.
