I purchased a brand new truck, within 3 days it had over 7 problems and would not start. Dodge refuses to give me my money back or work with me in any way. They said it is impossible to give me my money back and then proceeded to say they didnt have to explain how to make payments for the truck loan. I have no idea how to pay and my truck does not work I cant even make money hauling loads because they are holding it in their own shop!

On October 14, 2023, we went to see a Dodge Callanger 2023, that the dealer advertised for sale for ****** dollars, thru Autotrader. The sales price was confirmed thru email and by the salesman, ***********************, when we arrived. We were assured that the sales price was our starting point when we applied for credit and negotiated the additional costs. After signing the sales agreement and taking the car home, and while sending information to the insurance company is when the sales price was at ****** dollars. Two thousand dollars more than was agreed to. We called the dealer many times and spoke with *********************** and his manager ****. They acknowledged that it was a mistake and that they will try and resolve the problem, but after many weeks later and phone calls, nothing has been resolved.

I purchased a 2018 Ram **** (*****************) from this business for $39,000 in October 2019. I also purchased a service plan for $5,000 and an extended warranty for $5,000. I traded in the truck for another in ****************, before the warranty expired and before the service contract was completely used. I am *********** a partial refund of both line items. I have contacted the business at least ten times. Emails have been send and I have spoken to online operators and I have been promised my issue will be resolved. To date I have not been contacted about this issue. I first spoke with *************************** you put me in touch with ***********************. She instructed me to submit the forms to *****************************. I traded in this truck on August 3rd 2023. It has been over two months and they haven't taken any action to make this right. I have called almost every week and the Finance Manager will never answer the phone. Previous issues with the ability to use both the maintenance plan and the extended warranty have been an issue as soon as I purchased the truck but have been resolved. They still owe me a partial payment for the remained of the two items as of the sale date above. I would estimate the refund to be about $2,000- $4000. I have email proof of our interactions and the forms that I have submitted. I attempted to upload them but they exceed the data limit. Please let me know if I can submit these in some other manner. Thank you for your time with this.

I took my car to Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for a routine service and while it was in the dealer's possession one of the service technicians had a collision while moving my car on the repair lot. The dealership called me and said there had been an accident and they suspended the employee who was involved that had caused the damage. The service mgr stated they were going to make all repairs at no cost to me. When I asked about the reduction in value that would effect my car (2022 Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4dr) the agent said there would be no record of the accident so it would not effect the value. No estimate of charges or details of the repairs have been shared with me to date and the dealer is still in possession of my vehicle. The dealership advised me to come in and pick up a rental car at no cost to me while they worked on repairing my car which could take 2-3 weeks to complete. I later spoke to the general manager, *****************************, to express my concerns about the impact that the accident would have on the value of my car as now it has been damaged and when I go to trade it in I will be asked whether or not my car has been involved in an accident to which I will be liable to disclose that it had and that will in fact effect the value of my car. **** asked me what I wanted in addition to them making the repairs and I stated that I had to process what had happened and asked if I could meet with him when I came in to pick up the rental car. **** gave me a window of time that he would be onsite and available to meet with me. I arrived at the dealership during the window of time that **** offered and checked in with the receptionist. I was told to have a seat and she would alert ****. After waiting for ***** minutes the receptionist came over to tell me that **** was not available to meet with me. I have reached out several time to both ***************************** and *********************** to try and reach a fair solution, and both have ignored me and my representatives.

Entered a used car transaction on 9/8/2023 for a Jeep Rubicon (orange) and on the way home the cars power steering stopped working almost causing an accident. The car also stalled at this point turning on the check engine light with the stability control module message. Used car dealer was notified and car returned into the dealer's possession on 9/11/2023. It has been more than 3 weeks now and I have not been notified of any resolution to the problem. One voice message was received from the service department on 9/13/2023 claiming that the car is being worked on. Two weeks without any messages from the dealer at this point. This has been by far the worst car buying experience I ever had at any dealer. Waiting for an amicable solution.

June 29th, 2023, I purchased a used Wrangler, I specifically told the salesman I did not want to purchase any of the add ons He said those were negotiable. Well they took 1 add on off but still put the **** the Anti-Theft warranty, & the Surface Protection onto my bill. The GPS provided by ***GPS. Told me it was like Lojack, it is not. ***s service agreement states that they can share any information gathered by the device with their dealers. I am not comfortable with that so I contact the sales rep and the finance mgr to let them know that I did not want this device/service on vehicle. Finance mgr told me I had to come in talk to a sales mgr.Anti-Theft warranty offered by Ally Auto. It was easy to cancel this calling Ally Auto directly. Here is problem- **** issued the $799 refund but the refund payee was Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Dealer supposed to apply credit towards outstanding balance on vehicle. This was issued on July 18 2023. On August 28th, I drove down to Huntington Beach Jeep and asked for help with this refund status. The finance manager said that only the warranty clerk could take care of this but she was sick that day. He would forward the information to her and it would be taken care of. I have been emailing both the finance manager and the warranty clerk but have not gotten a definitive explanation of where that money went. While I was at the dealership, I talked to their floor manager about the *** gps. I told him that I did not want this device or service on the vehicle. He told me to just cancel with ***. I told him that I wanted it removed and I want a refund. He told me he would have to schedule service for that and charge me to remove it. I told him that it was just a dongle and that I was able to disable it. He just said "well there you go", that I "bought it and that it is mine- have a nice day." He was rudely dismissive towards me.September 6th, 2023 and still no information on the Ally issued refund.

Yes. I recently purchased my lease from Huntington Beach Dodge on 07/11/2023 .. There is no integrity in which I was deceived into signing in what I along with my Wife seen no add-ons they included or explained within this contract.. Thank God Ally Auto Group explained some of the tactics some salesman use and its unbelievable.. Ally was able to only cancel 1 of the items.. but I was hit with 5 add-ons in which I only inquired about 1 which was the 36yr extended warranty.. They the dealership lied about an Ally Appearance ****** which is a clear coat which never happened or performed because we went at night plus my car 3yrs old so why would I do that. The second is CDS ELOS GOS which is ****** which is on case they find my car in an ocean follow my car in real time.. I have car insurance makes no sense.. 3rd was the Ally Premier Protect ***** which is basically oil changes in which I was suppose to receive 4 Free included ones.. but Ally was only able to Cancel that thank goodness.. 4th was the Ally Theft in which they suppose to Etch something in ur windows or doors.. don't know how they could of done that in that amount of time especially at night.. and lastly the 36yr actual warranty that I only wanted for the ******** that I only wanted.. this all totalled up to ******** just ridiculous.. when seeing all is that was never disclosed on my contract upon signing.. I'm reporting this because these business practices need to be addressed not just posted upon a Yelp website because of this can happen to me.. it's definitely done happened to someone else no doubt!!! And I only the warranty I originally inquired about and approved of because everything else was without my acknowledgement of... this event dropped my credit scores by 36 points. I'm just very disappointed being a long time customer of 4 previous ***********************!!!

This is what I have discovered:The Manufacturer's Statement of Origin was never completed (or was never sent) from Huntington Jeep. Therefore, the vehicle remained in the name of Chrysler Capital, who I assume is from whom you acquired the vehicle.Although *********** Auto Finance was the lien holder, because the *** was never completed, the California *** still had the lienholder of the vehicle listed as Chrysler Capital. Now, it's possible that the *** in ******** will not accept the title, because the lien release is showing one name, while the title is showing another name.I CAN NOT REGISTER MY VEHICLE!!!In addition to the title, I also need a lien release or some documentation from Chrysler Capital noting that this error was made when I purchased the vehicle, and that the title was erroneously in their name after purchase. As you can see from the other emails I've attached, this isn't the first MAJOR error made in the processing of my auto loan with you. First, the defective vehicle, then the warranty issue, then taking two weeks for warranty-covered repairs here in ********, now, this.I have already contacted a ********** attorney to assess what my recourse might be for the time, energy and expense I've put into correcting your errors and repairing this lemon. While I'm awaiting their response, ************************, please let me know what is being done to rectify the situation. Can you have ******* Jeep process my registration in ********?Are you willing to cover any violations or fees associated with late registration? Are you willing to compensate me for the several hours I've worked on fixing YOUR many errors since I've purchased this vehicle?Has the title been sent to *******?Have you contacted Chrysler Capital to get something in writing to confirm that their name as the lien holder after purchase was in error? So far, there has been no apology and no accountability from anyone with your organization. Make this right, please!

On 5/27/2023 I purchased a car from this dealership. I paid $10,000 as a down payment for a car listed for $24,774. I repeatedly told them I did not want any add-ons/insurance/protection plans etc. And was assured I was only purchasing the car and paying the applicable taxes, registration fees, and a finance charge. The documents were signed on a large desktop touchscreen. During the signing of paperwork for the price of the vehicle the salesman zoomed in on the page he had me sign cutting off the top portion of the page that had approximately $4,500 worth of extra protection and GPS fees that were never disclosed to me. This also upped the taxes by several hundred dollars. They gave me my documents on a USB drive I was not able to access until I left and had no way to review the signed documents in whole until I left the store. I did not discover these fees until 3 weeks later when I received the statement from the finance company. Upon contacting the company to remove the fees I was told it's too late because I signed and it's a done deal. That it's out of their hands. Upon looking through their reviews I discovered that they have done this to a lot of people. These fees are NOT disclosed. It is theft.

These fees were not presented as optional. I have gone down to the dealership and explained the situation. I spoke with the manager. They were not willing to remove the almost $5,000 in added charges. I spent 6 hours there trying to resolve the issue. I was not shown the additional charges. I stated several times and they agreed they remembered me saying that I did not want any additional added charges. Still they sent those charges to the credit company. I took the car down and offered for them to remove the gps trackers and anything else they had installed. They declined. Only telling me its too late too bad. I offered to cancel the contract and do a new one, asked for a partial refund, cancel whatever service they were attempting to provide such as paint protection and they declined. The finance manager stated that I "seemed tired so he didn't want to bother mentioning the extra $5,000 add-on package he was putting on my bill."

I contacted the credit company like they suggested and they told me they have no way to remove the charges.

To resolve this issue I want the "protection package" removed that I was not aware of. I do not want it, told them I don't want it, and it was hidden from my view while signing the contract.
