"We have had one of there water heaters for 12 years never a problem it went out and we told them we had no hot water it took 2 days to come out we had already been without 2 days before that so he comes out checks our old one says its no good so we sit down hes doing his paper work then he says how much its gonna cost and it was an out right crazy price $7000 more then we paid for I know it had been 12 years but come on I asked why he says inflation I say I want to get more quotes then he started bullying myself and my 80 year old mother by saying we can get more quotes but he wont be coming out tomorrow to have her sign the papers so if she doesnt sign tonight we wont have hot water for another few days I kept saying I want more opinions and he continues his rant about he wont be out here tomorrow then he dies something with his paper work and tells us he will do this and that and take off $2000 which is still way to high Ive never heard of a water heater costing $8000 unless it was lined with gold ive tried to go on line for price comparassing but cant find prices this is just 1 of several complaints that we didnt file."
