BE AWARE! Worst nail spa establishment who does not have prices listed, because they keep upping the PRICE!! The scheduler/manager ***** is racist, rude, and disrespectful. I spend way too much money here to be constantly mistreated and to have to deal with attitude because I want my nails to look a certain way. If I'm paying you to do your job. ***** does not allow you to use the remote to control the setting to the massage chair. No wonder the place is EMPTY! Horrible customer service. I would avoid this nail salon at all costs. Not using new tools between customers and not cleaning at all after customers is 100% unacceptable. WORST customer Service: Here are more reviews for reference: 1) The work that was done was great, but it was not what I asked for. After pointing to the service that I wanted and requesting it 3 different times, I was blatantly up-charged and given the service they wanted me to have. What's worse is they claimed a misunderstanding... you understood everything I said, including I won't be back. 2) Then the ATM was out of order, the credit card machine down which she could have mentioned when I called and when she called me but instead says go to the ******* atm, I wanted to cancel then suddenly she remembered that they accept *****. She was very unprofessional and rude. I liked how my nails look but I will NEVER go back again!! Getting pampered should be a relaxing experience not a frustrating one. Bad customer service *****!!!! 3) The rude service from ***** is not worth ever going back. I'm really going to miss ****. I am so done!!
