    Order #MAPS-58526 placed December 13th. Payment deducted from my account that day. I received verification that the order had been received, but nothing after that. I have left phone and email messages; no response from company. I also noticed that this company has received many, many complaints from other customers for the same issue -- non-delivery and no communication.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 18688302. I accept it for now and I await delivery. The situation will not be resolved until I have the product in my possession.

    Looking at all the complaints against this company, it seems to me that it is severely understaffed. Maybe a one-person operation isn't the right way to go.

    On October 18, 2022, I ordered a product online thru their website. The product was a world map, $256.95. I have been trying to contact the company and find out when I will be getting my product but have not received any response. I have called and emailed multiple times. My order number is 55462. Maybe you can have better luck. At this point time I feel that I may have been ripped off. They have my money I have no product. Thank you.

    Ordered a map on December 12, 2022 from maps.com and have still not received product. (Order #: MAPS-58439) And appears product has still not even shipped. Have tried calling the company many times and left voicemails asking for them to return my call as well as had my daughter send an email and no response.

    I am rejecting this response because: would appreciate a response to my order and not just a template letter that they send out to everyone. My son is living in Phoenix for only a year to do a fellowship and so getting the map of Phoenix to hime sooner than later is crucial for it to be worth buying. In my phone voicemails and email sent, I asked when the product was expected to ship. I'd like to know this information to be able to assess whether I'd like to just cancel the order since it hasn't even been made yet.

    I placed an order with Map.com for an item online. I received a prompt email message saying my order was confirmed. This was a Christmas gift. I have attempted for a week (5 business days) to contact them via email to understand when the item would be shipping. I have also called them 3 times in attempts to understand if they are actually ever going to ship my item. Order # MAPS-58906
    I understand it may be Christmas time and business is good. But the standard of measure that all online businesses have, is some level of reasonable customer service response, of a few business days. At this point, I question if they are actually a legitimate business. I thought to reach out to the BBB to see if there are issues. And to my dismay there are plenty. Also checking social media, i see they have comments turned off.
    I am writing this in attempts that others are warned.

    I ordered a map September 27, 2022, order number 53470. I received an initial Thanks for your Order! response and that is where it ends. I have called, emailed, left messages, etc. and noone is responding. It is a shame that a company has done this to so many people.

    I work for a non profit, I just want our money back so I can order a deserving teacher the map she needs. Shame on this company!

    I placed an order for 2 maps on October 12th 2022. It was a Texas wall map and a Custom USA map. The order number is MAPS-55156. It has almost been two months and every time I check my order it says "unfulfilled" even though it has been paid for. I have reached out to both customer service emails listed on their website and had zero response. I have called all the phone numbers on the website and left several voice mails and have heard nothing. I would like a refund if my maps are not going to arrive, or any update at all on my order.

    I had purchased a map from maps.com back in June and was emailed promptly that there would be a delay. I acknowledged the delayed and requested my money back. I did not receive a response and would like this company to be penalized in a major way because after reading others reviews it seems like they have made a practice of stealing people's money.

    Placed order number MAPS-54884 on October 7th for a wall map. Received order confirmation and my card was charged immediately at 4:02PM that day. Since then, I have not received the product, or any follow-up communication from the company. I have emailed customer service on October 25th and November 13th with no response. I have also reached out on the customer service phone number and have not reached a live person.
