I placed an order on 12-26-22. I received an email confirming my order and haven’t heard from them since, despite sending an email to check the progress of the order and calling and leaving a message. I understand that they are understaffed. My frustration is that I haven’t received my order or any information about the order. I would like a full refund. The order number is MAPS-59123. I ordered a map for my daughter and the estimated delivery date was 1/27/23 at the latest. That date came and went and I have made multiple calls and e-mail contact attempts. No call back. No emails returned. My daughter’s birthday is coming up and I am so disappointed by the lack of customer service.Business Response

Two Maps I received one which cost $ 13.95 still out $ 79.13 for the second Map.
No Map or reply from the company.
Have not received the second map, I have called, left messages, sent emails no response. The web site states it should ship in 7 days.

All I was asking for was a ship date. But this company won't even respond to calls or emails.

Order placed on 12/9/22. Emailed weekly for updates, left voicemails with no return. Other than the order confirmation email I have received no updates, or response and it's been 7.5 weeks since I placed my order. Ordered 2 maps on 1/11/2023, received confirmation and Credit Card charged. Order# MAPS-59796
Received email 1/17/2023 order was shipped. On 1/20/2023 received email- A shipment from order MAPS-59796 has been delivered.
Shipment arrived but FedEx box only contained 1 of 2 maps ordered. Packing list noted item 2 was XXXXXXX out but did not contain any back order information. Maps.com website only indicates my order was shipped and delivered. No mention of back order or that I only received 1 of 2 items.
Sent numerous emails to [email protected] and [email protected] requesting status of back order but received no replies. Attached pictures of packing list with item 2 showing XXXXXXX across line item and have yet to receive a reply. I also left multiple voice messages on 800 number, but still no response. I would like to know delivery status of item 2 or receive a refund for item 2 if Maps.com cannot fulfill order.Business Response

I purchased a Map on Jan 15, 2023 stating they are getting the order ready to be shipped. I have emailed twice since then and called several times to no avail as no one ever answers the phone. Its now Jan 26, 2023 with no order updates. Its discouraging as I want to know the status. If it will be several more weeks or a months, i would rather have my money back as the map is needed for a fast approaching trip. Please advise order MAPS-59976. I ordered and paid for a map at Maps.com on December 16. I immediately received a confirmation of my order and my card was charged. Order #MAPS 58801. I have heard nothing since except via PayPal where I have lodged a complaint.
Via my PayPal account, I was sent a tracking number indicating it had been "delivered" to me in San Francisco. That is not remotely close to the delivery address.
In total, I have reached out via phone and by email as directed on Maps.com voice mail on 12/21, 12/24. 1/5 and 1/11 along with seeking resolution via PayPal.
This company would benefit from answering some/any of its emails and voicemail regarding orders. Since they do not provide any response, I recommend everyone look elsewhere for map printing.Business Response

On Nov. 18, 2022, I ordered, online, a map from Maps. com. It never shipped and the company will not return my emails to their preferred customer service nor return my calls made, The voice mail says to send an email to get faster service. I ordered a map from them on November 6, 2022 in the amount of 81.95 + shipping. A valid tracking number was never provided and the product never arrived, even two months later. Multiple efforts to contact the business via email and phone were made, and no replies or answers were received (I could not even make contact with a person). At this point, they have stolen the money. The receipt does not provide any order number or identifier. It seems many other people are having the same issue; however, the maps.com site is still accepting orders, and even ran a "New Year's Sale!" in the past two weeks. I would like my product (or at least my money back), and did not know where else to turn besides the BBB. The email receipt is attached if that helps at all.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:There needs to be some time table beyond "in the queue" when I have waited MONTHS for the product. You are still taking new orders and have a "HAPPY2023" sale going on. Are you telling new customers that the products have a months-long lead time? Why is there absolutely no approximation for delivery times anywhere? What exactly can you tell me that will assure that you haven't stolen my money?
