    On January 31, 2022, a Cashiers check for $285.00 was sent to True Community Association Management, Attention ******* ******, from my Credit Union, with an attachment. According to a representative the check would arrive in 7 to 10 business days. On 2/10/22, I sent a follow up email to find out if the check arrived, but ******* responded that nothing showed that payment was received. On February 18, 2022, I telephoned ****** ********, manager, and after a brief conversation she said that the Cashier's check was either lost or misplaced. ****** further stated that she would send the necessary financial forms to my Financial Advisor. I informed ****** that I would send another Cashier's check for $285.00. 0n 2/22/22, a follow up email was sent requesting the financial forms she promised. On 2/23/22, I also sent an email to ******* requesting the forms. She stated in an email that she would check with ****** but I never received a response. On 3/1/22, an email was sent to both ladies informing them that the second Cashier's check was sent by my Credit Union for $285.00 with the attachment and would arrive in 5 to 7 business days. I asked for a response when the check arrived nevertheless, I did not receive a response. On 3/11/22, I contacted my Credit Union and was informed that the Cashier's check was cashed. I telephoned ****** at True Community and the phone went to voicemail. I left a message regarding my conversation with my Credit Union. The same day, I spoke to my Financial Advisor. He had talked to ****** regarding one additional form needed. ****** said that the form would be emailed that day. However, to date we have not received the necessary Financial form needed to complete my Reverse Mortgage. It's been 6 WEEKS of waiting for this Management company to comply by completing a few forms. This mismanagement is inexcusable. They received the Check and I want the form now. This request is for my Condo, Unit 98

    Dec 7, 2023 I submitted a Statement of Candidacy form for ***** of ********* deadline was on Dec22,2023 at 9am. On Dec 22,2023 at 10:30 am I was notified by the Election Experts that the Management Company disqualified me. Per our Election Rules for our Community I paid ($203.) under protest and requested an IDR (internal despite resolution per civil code 5910) on Dec 23,2023 so that my name can be placed on the ballots by January 18, 2024. True Community ( *****************************) violated our Community Election Rules. I had to campaign as a Write in Candidate, My flyers was removed in the community by the board members which is another violation (civil code 4515). February 26,2024 my IDR was held which was suppose to be within 2 weeks per email received by ******. March 7,2024 was the counting of ballots. I did receive write in votes that allowed me a seat on the board despite the ***** Members and Management company (True Community) unlawfully discrediting me in our community. However, after the election our first board meeting the Management Company ( *****************************) and The ***** Members informed me that on January 15,2024 my vehicle was parked in stall getting washed and Ill be getting a fine for that violation(selective enforcement), this is another violation per our by-laws. ***************************** and the ***** Members are upset that Im on the board and now they are retaliating/ bullying tactics against me. True Community unprofessional conduct shows they will do anything to keep a contract etc. whats done in the dark always come to the light.
