I am writing in regards to my recent purchase with your company. I paid for delivery to my residence and was later informed that the item would only be delivered to my garage and not up to my doorstep.Due to this limitation, I requested a refund and the return of the item. However, I was surprised to learn that I would be responsible for the return shipping costs, which amounted to over $400, in addition to a 20% restocking fee. Furthermore, I was notified that the shipping fee to the actual factory, where I reside, would also be deducted from my refund. This means that the total deduction would exceed $1500, essentially resulting in the company keeping my entire payment.I find this situation quite unfair. I made the purchase under the assurance that the item would be delivered to my residence, as specified in my order. I also used my Affirm account to make the payment, anticipating a straightforward transaction process.I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I am seeking a full refund of my payment as the circumstances surrounding the delivery do not align with the terms of my purchase.
