But I never got my items, then I contacted TrueReligion about this, and was told they couldn't process a refund cuz there was proof of delivery, but I never was provided with this proof, and I never got the items.
My shipping address was Doral, FL, and shipping company delivered the package to Miami, FL.
I contacted the merchandise company a second time on January 10, 2023, and I was promised a refund of $52.46 as a "courtesy" and that I needed to wait up to 5 business days for refund to reflect. Now I am passed that time, and never got the refund.Business Response

I made a purchase thru afterpay to www.TrueReligion.com for a pair of jeans. I received an emailed confirmation of my purchase. I received my purchase a few weeks later. When I opened the package I found that TR shipped me a hoodie instead. The packing slip listed the description for the jeans I ordered. I immediately reached out to TR customer support to report this. They do not have a call center. The only form of contact is email. True religion responded with a generic automated return label for a refund. I sent the item back and included my long winded email that I sent to customer service about receiving the wrong item and being completely ignored by customer service and not being able to talk to anyone by phone. My issue was never directly addressed with anyone at this company about receiving the wrong item. I included pictures I took of the item I received with the package and packing slip, I reached out to CS a few weeks later to check the status of my refund. TR responded with another generic automated statement of refunds taking 3 weeks or so. About a week later I received a package in the mail from true religion. Inside was the hoodie they initially sent me in error with a note that said sorry this item isn't associated with this order. This was the exact issue I was trying to have addressed by their company. They won't issue me a refund. They sent me the wrong item and won't address this. I paid $130 for jeans and I was sent a $25 hoodie instead and now I'm in this endless loop of "your item was delivered" I reached out to afterpay for help. They are claiming to be waiting on the merchants response but also told me that my item was marked "delivered" The truth is my item was never delivered, I was scammed by TR and I'm stuck with an item I never ordered. Please see initial email I sent to TR customer service immediately after opening the package. The package was delivered on the 7th. I opened the package when I got home from work and I tried to reach out via phone - The customer service phone number was no longer an active line. I emailed them my concern with pictures of the wrong garment I received.

Attached is the tracking information for the package TR returned back to me and I included a picture of the hoodie with a hand written note from TR rejecting the return because it did not match the order number. Of course, it does not match the order number because they shipped me the wrong item, then they told me to return it, and I did, and they returned it back to me claiming it didn't match the order number. This is clearly a circle of confusion that TR wishes I would give up on. This is very frustrating and I can see why most customers would give up. However, these jeans were $120 on sale, and this hoodie, like a few I saw on their website during the black Friday sale were priced at $25. I feel scammed.

I purchased a joggers set from True Religion website and paid for express shipping on 12/22/22. I tried the outfit on only to find out it was way too small. I then took the outfit in the store for an exchange. The manager there said they can't return online orders which is a lie.. Per their website it says you can exchange or receive a refund in store. I showed the manager the online receipt. Later on in the conversation she said I could return it but it would be valued at the selling price of the item since I didn't have the receipt. How can I have an actual receipt when the order was placed online & there wasn't any itemized receipt in the box? I received another outfit for Christmas that I was able to exchange being that it was bought in the store. Once everything was processed I ended up having money left over. The manager proceeds to say I can get another shirt if I wanted too. I advised her that I didn't want the shirt & I would prefer to have the cash. She told me that she couldn't do that which in fact she COULD she just didn't want too. Once I showed her the company policy rules AGAIN she ended up giving me my money back for the separate items that was place in the store. Rewind, back to the item that was place online - she told me that they would have to SHIP the items back & I couldn't. I let them send the item back to their actual warehouse through UPS. I tried to contact them but True Religion doesn't have an actual telephone. You have to reach them through email which you don't speak to a live person. The email is a generated replied message. From the reviews on BBB it shows that they scam consumers out their money.. I would like my full refund of $150 back on my card. Being that this has happened to multiple ppl I will look into getting an attorney & filing for a class action lawsuit. This company is bogus, scams, & unprofessional. I placed an order on 12/20/22 and the order number is ********. It is almost a month and I have not received my order. I contacted ***** and I was told to contact the shipper. I contacted True Religion and they asked me to wait in the meantime and someone will reach out. It's been almost a month and I have not heard of anyone. I been trying to place an online order since Sunday January 8th. The promo code I was given states it's already been used and I haven't even placed the order. When I enter my method of payment, it goes back to the shipping page. I've been communicating customer service Monday and a ticket was created. IT advised me to clear my cache and try another browser or the app. I reached back out afterwards and the payment page continues to go back to the shipping page. I've tried on a desktop, tablet, and phone. I was informed by chat agent *********************** stated to try agent in a couple hours. I waited 3 hours and I'm still having the same problem. I reached back out and received agent ************** Who was rude and was not tryin ng to assist with this matter or ask how long I've been having the problem. The agent disconnected from the chat without addressing my concerns. I'm very frustrated at this point and you can't speak with no one by phone. I place a order on November 16th order was scheduled to arrive on the 2nd but it came on a Sunday witch my office is not open and all my packages are to go to my office because packages come up missing. I recently placed an order on November 17th and had a glitch occur with my address from ******. I attempted immediately to fix it but there was no option. I attempted to immediately contact True Religion as well and they told me that they cannot fix it but to wait until it was delivered and hope it was returned to sender at which point I could file a claim. It was not returned to sender unfortunately and then when I contacted True Religion again to "file a claim" they told me it's not their problem that the address was wrong and that they would not be helping me to file a claim. I asked to speak with corporate on this and they took my information and I've yet to hear back. It's now a month later. I spent a good amount of money on this and cannot afford to just lose the money without providing the clothes to my son. My store order number is XXXXXXXX. I ordered two items from true religion website through Klarna November 27 I never received a tracking number from true religion, or anybody that was supposed to deliver my items until the day they claim they delivered my items which was December 2 today is December 14 and I still have not received my items. I have been in contact with customer service with true religion through email, because there is no support thing and I've been in contact with Klarna somehow someway my items was never delivered and I want a refund of my $43 that I spent with true religion religion and still have not sent me a tracking number to verify anything it's not at my home so they need to refund my money I am very disappointed in the level of service that I have received over the past three weeks while still waiting on my items.Business Response
