This seller does not help or hold themselves accountable for their part when it comes to shipping. Even in delays which can happen they refuse to help in anyway possible.Business Response

On June 24, I placed an order with True Religion. I didn't receive a tracking number for my order for until June 28 and the information provided said the package would be delivered on June 28 by the end of the day. I order a pair of jeans online from this company.they wrote name of color as ***** I ordered and received confirmation of the color as well(which I will attach in pictures) later on I received the jeans as named color ocean glow .completely different color also in appearance. I come back to check on the site whats going on , and see that after I complained about the color mistake,they have changed the color name on the site from ***** to ocean glow. I have contacted them numerous times,only to receive robotic responses and not giving me any compensation whatsoever or solutions. I am currently at war zone in ****** and theres no option to deliver them back and even if there were I paid extra money for an external courier to deliver me the package! I have no one to talk to there . I am calculating the amount of compensation given by the price of the jeans (116$) plus 20 dollars I paid for external shipping companyBusiness Response

I corrected the address for shipping before check out, but due to the software the company used it reverted to the wrong city and zip code and the items were delivered to a made up address (*********? with a Tampa zip code?) And the company is saying this is all on me even though I controlled everything I could on my end. I seek either a resend of the original goods or a refund. Thank you. 4/25/25 I spent ****** online on clothes . On 5/1 I got a notification saying I had a box delivered . There was a picture attached of 2 packages a really big box and a small package on top of it . I go outside excited and realize there is no box . I immediately reached out to ***** to file a claim as i was starting to think it was mis delivered or someone grabbed it. ***** was super helpful, but I couldnt start a claim with them because of the type of package that it was and they directed me that the shipper. So I reached out to true religion via email and text chat as they have no way to speak to a live agent . The True text chat informed me that I needed to wait a few days to start claim .It said to message it back on the 7th of may , it was 5/1 the day I messaged them .they said to see if the package turned back up .Today is 7th of may and I reached back out to them this morning to let them know as i still havent received the package .they responded with Unfortunately, we will not be moving forward with a refund or replacement as the ***** claim came back with proof of delivery. And then it goes on to say please reach out to your credit card holder . I asked the chat what claim had been filed because when I had spoken with ***** they didnt have record of any claims filed . I asked the chat for more help or answers but everytime they said the above message it starts you over in the cache and makes you identify yourself . They make you talk to a bot then send one msg then kick you right back out the chat and I mean over and over its literally impossible to get a claim filed . ***** is the one that would refund me they just cant until true religion files a claim and provides receipts . I cant even get in contact with a live person and the chat claimed an investigation was done and when I asked what it found . I was kicked from the chat again and asked to identify myself and provide my order number this happened 4 or 5 different times . **************Business Response

On 4/14/2025 I ordered a pair of jeans from their website. I get a tracking number and wait...Nothing ever shows so I tracked the jeans using ****** they are marked delivered but my package is not in front of my house. The jeans were delivered to the wrong house. I have the photo showing my package at a house that is not mine! This photo was uploaded by fedex.I get ahold of True Religion by text message. Everything I texted this company was ignored. The agent kept giving me info that had nothing to do with my problem.He offers to open a claim, I mention a ****** case and agent disconnects. Another agent opened a claim for me. How am I suppose to win a claim when all I have is a picture of my package on a porch?I have been a customer for years, I have never complained, never made a return, but the moment I need this company to help me I was treated like a liar and a piece of garbage.I am not lying, that is not my house they were delivered to.I want a refund, a store credit, or a replacement. I have purchased 2 pairs of jeans and a shirt. One of the jeans were to big. It was delivered 02/07/2025. I went online to create a return label. FYI I have tried a previous time and it doesnt work so I have go through email for them to send a pdf. Big surprise it didnt work. Today I reach through email and text and escalate it to a manager and she was no help. Blames me for not letting them know the link didnt work, yet Ive sent plenty of email saying I needed one and please attach! Due to past 30 days yet the email when I requested the return label to be attached was 02/11/2025!!! All I need is to return for a smaller size but they dont do exchanges on refunds. Now I got jeans 2 sizes to big because their customer service lacked. The manager disconnected the chat and I will admit I was frustrated but in no way rude.Business Response

I made an online purchase on April 9th 2025 with True Religion jeans. Order number ******** the purchase was too small I returned them to True Religion store in ********************. I was expecting a refund Within 3 to 5 business days.. I contacted the merchant several times to no avail and it's like they are ignoring me and have their merchandise.. Hello, I've been trying to set up a return for weeks and have reached out via email and chat and no one has been able to help. This has been ongoing for weeks. All I wanted to do was a return or an exchange and have been met with nothing but disrespect. I was well within the 30 days but got no response. This is not fair as a consumer and I just want to process a return. I was told that an exception could be done but no one is helping me. I can provide proof that I've been emailing for weeks.
