All business and residential invoices are Net 30, unless Cash on Delivery (COD) terms are agreed upon in advance. A 1.5% daily late fee will apply to all past-due balances.

At IT on the Dot Network Solutions, we are committed to delivering professional IT services with transparency and in full compliance with California consumer protection laws.
Service-Based Work
Due to the customized and labor-intensive nature of our services—including IT support, systems administration, network installations, and security camera setup—all services are considered final and non-refundable once rendered. If any concerns arise, clients are encouraged to contact us within 5 business days of service completion so we can address and resolve the matter promptly.
Hardware & Equipment Sales
We accept returns or exchanges on physical products such as security cameras and networking equipment under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 15 days of purchase, per California Civil Code § 1723.
A 15% restocking fee may apply for opened or special-order items.
Labor, shipping, and installation fees are non-refundable.
Items showing signs of misuse or damage are not eligible for return.
Defective Products
Products found to be defective or damaged at the time of sale or installation may be returned or exchanged at no cost, provided we are notified within 7 days of delivery or installation.
