    Went under contract with Ambiance Additions four seasons sunrooms on Feb. 13th 2023. Project was slated to be finished by April 14th 2023, Around June we noticed water coming from a s**** hole outside that should not have been leaking, ***** sent out a worker to check this out while he was waiting for another crew to be available to finish the room, the worker came out and ran a hose on our house and said that they patched the area where it was leaking(it is still leaking from the same area on top of additional areas). They did not complete the sunroom until around June 14th 2023. They kept sending crew to other projects instead of finishing mine. Once completed I paid my final check. On August 20th 2023 we had rain again, but this time the leaks were inside the room in multiple locations, I called ***** and he did return my call right away and sent out a worker the next day who spent a while here trying to locate the leak, he said it was probably coming from under the installed flashings from the roof where they cut out our *****, but he did not have a fix for it, he took some photos and left. I messaged him on Sept. 18th 2023 and he let me know no one has been in the area, but I am number one on his service list. I messaged him again on Sept. 22 2023 with no reply to ask that it be addressed sooner because the room is still leaking and we expect more rainy weather.

    I logged a broken glass panel replacement request with Ambiance Additions on 4/11 about an improperly installed/waranty glass panel from the manufacturer, Four Seasons Sunroom. The glass panel and installation is supposed to come with "Lifetime waranty", even though it's installed in 2018. I was told on 4/24 that the glass panel has been ordered from the manufacturer and that they would reach out as soon as the panel arrived. Ambiance has not returned by calls since then, and it is now 6/9. The broken glass pieces starting to fall off and it is becoming a hazard to my family walking underneath the glass.

    11/2/21 I contracted with the above company to convert my shower/tub to a walk in shower. Work begun and was completed in 1/2022. Immediately I noticed problems with the seals on the shower doors. I called and emailed the company. They sent out a representative to adjust the seals. Shortly after I noticed the entire bathroom would flood from the shower pan, middle of the doors and both sides where they met the walls. I have called, texted and spoken with representatives from the company over 30 times. As of today, 11/29/2022, I still do not have use of that shower. The company sent out someone in April, to look at the problem, (****) he said it all needed to be done over. The company has not made any attempt to correct the defects or more importantly at this time refunded my $10,556.00 which was paid in full. My last communication with them was in 8/2022 when I requested the name of the owner for service of a lawsuit.
