1 starcharged for carpet cleaning and cleaning their apartment that i know was given back to them cleaner than when i moved in. I work for a professional cleaning business and we also do turn around for apartment complex as well. If dead cockroaches in drawers and cabinets is their definition of clean.... Wow!! The window shades were built up with dust so thick when i sprayed them it turn to mud. the carpet was awful one room had a huge spot of dried gum or something total carpet was dingy my opinion should of been replaced because if it was cleaned it didn't look like it floors under stove and refrigerator were disgusting.i could go on from back patio to ceiling fans. before moving in i thoroughly cleaned it the right way. we only stayed one month as we started to get harassed by management only a few days moving in. Me and my wife dont go for that. So now they send a bill of $835 for cleaning and carpet cleaning which I don't think they even did. Regency is a joke poor professional management and really deceptive. put whatever response you want ask what property im talking about like i stated i work for apartment cleaning services

5 starsWe were a self-managed property of 14 units. After searching several property managers, we found Regency to be the most responsive to our needs. I have been very satisfied with the decision and their service. They took time to learn about our property and the homeowners. They attend our board meetings, take the minutes, and adequately manage our financials. They are knowledgeable on the ****************** of homeowner associations. They've helped us navigate larger property improvements. They have good relationships with vendors and manage them accordingly. Their staff has been great to work with. We have for many years worked with *********************** and look forward to continuing our relationship for the future.Regency Property Management

5 starsRegency Management is one of the best HOA Management companies that I have worked with. And I have worked with 6 in various capacities while serving on the board in 4 different HOAs, in the Bay Area as well as ***************What I like about Regency, is their prompt response and action for any issue that is encountered, and many times they proactively work to resolve any potential issue. Getting bids, vetting contractors, getting contracts examined, engaging with the lawyers, etc. all of these are done by them with great ease. 5 starsI can not even begin to express how wonderful it is working with our property manager, *******, with Regency. She is always extremely helpful and always responds to emails or phone messages. When we have an emergency in our complex it is always addressed immediately, even on the weekends. ******* is great at keeping our community informed of important issues by email and/or newsflashes.
