    I hired Official Pest Prevention on 2-6-24 thru Salesman *****************************. I talked 2 or 3 times regarding pest present in my yard i.e., fleas-ants-spiders-and water bugs etc. **** informed that their service would kill on contact and eliminate my pest problem. The first visit was on 2-12-24 and paid ***** dollars for initial sign up having received a ***** dollar discount for being senior citizen would otherwise paid 100 dollars for start up services. This initial visit was my first alert I noticed the technician not using the hose power sprayer for maximum coverage and pest kill. He only used the back pack sprayer this was not covering the entire back and front yard only spots where he walked. When the tech was done he informed me he was done I gave him ***** dollars agreed upon I also asked the tech why the power sprayer was not used. He informed me they don't use power sprayers anymore and that back pack sprayer insecticide was more concentrated. The next day 2-13-24 I noticed ants still on the lawn front and back yard and along the fence and fence rails furthermore, my small dog was still getting fleas when she went outdoors to do her business. Remember I communicated to the salesman about the fleas etc. the main purpose for hiring the pest co. Was to kills off the fleas because they infected our small indoor dog with tapeworms. The veterinarian informed us that it was the fleas that were infecting our dog. It is now 3-14-24 and I still have fleas-ants etc. I have taken pictures and have them for your viewing. I have called their office and the technician has been out here 2-15-24 and 2-28-24 and the fleas and ants are still here and visible. I would like to further say that the techs came out twice on the initial date 2-12-24 when I first complained about the initial spraying and what the tech had told me about not using the power sprayer. They are coming out again and are going to use a different product they have done this before.

    I had used Official Pest Prevention for years, however just cancelled my subscription. On 9/22/22 the technician accidentally knocked something over, put a hole in the stucco on the front of my house. He left a message and apologized, he took photos and contacted his manager, so the manager could follow up with me. I never received a follow up call from the manager - Ernesto. When i called today, I gave the operator the details of my call, was transferred to him. He asked why i was calling. I asked if the technician had sent the photos in and notified management, he did. The problem was ZERO action by management to address. I now have ZERO trust in the management of this company and their ability to take care of their customers...especially when at fault.
