I started receiving magazines that i never ordered for the past few months. I did a little research and i reached out to one of the magazines i received called conde nast traveler. I was the told the subscriptions were through a company called SUBCO. I have never given any information to subco and i never subscribed to any magazine subscriptions. The three magazines that i am receiving are Conde Nast Traveler, Real Simple Life Made Easier, and Esquire. This is very concerning that subco has my personal information and It is very frustrating having to check my credit card to make sure their are no charges for these magazines.I would like to know how they obtained my information, would like all magazines stopped being sent to my address and to make sure i am not billed for the 3 magazines. Thank You.

In the past 4 months I have received 3 magazines to my home for people that do not reside here. I am concerned my information is being sold and this is an attempt at fraud in some form.

I started getting a magazine I did not order. The magazine said it was ordered through a third party and it gave me another number to call of ************ for Subco. I tried to call but got a busy signal so I entered the number on line and found a similar complaint on the Better Business Bureau sight, (dated 12/13/2023). The FIRST complaint I looked at was from someone who had the same problem with getting a subscription they did not order. There was an apologetic response from Subco that had parts ****** out. It stated that this person's magazine order came through from another business. The name of the company was partially ****** out, but it did say CIGARS!! I don't smoke. I bought two packages as Christmas gifts for my neighbors from ********************* Seems like something shady is going on here.

Several months ago we began receiving magazine subscriptions to magazines we have no interest in. We finally got around to contacting publisher (******) and were told the subscriptions were thru Subco. We've never even heard of this company. It's maddening the amount of time we have had to waste cancelling unasked for leftist rags, and making sure our credit card hadn't been compromised. Subco lies on their homepage, claiming an "A+" rating on BBB.

I have received two Essence magazines that I have NOT subscribed to. Having contacted the magazine company to remove my information from their mailing list I was given the information for Subco and told that the subscription was placed by that company. I haven't ever given any information to that company nor subscribed to any magazines. My information was used without my permission, and it needs to be removed from Subco immediately,I would also like to know the name of the third party that placed this order and how they got my information. I contacted Subco and they cancelled the subscription and assured me I was not charged for the magazines. It would be helpful if they would include a letter or statement regarding that when they send out magazines on behalf of a 3rd parties.

I began receiving Elle magazine two months ago. I never subscribed to Elle magazine. The real problem is that the name on the subscription is "*********************************," the name of a prominent **** and an architect of the final solution. As a Jewish person and a person who has also been vocal in opposition to ******** bombardment of ****, I feel that this is a form of targeted harassment. When I called Elle, they told me that they couldn't provide any information because the order had been placed by Subco. It seems to me that this business is being used by trolls to harass political opponents. The "third-party" nature of the business means that the culprit is harder to trace. Subco should try googling the names of "subscribers" and refuse subscriptions made in the name of of prominent war criminals.
