Dear BBB,I have recently started receiving magazines (during the month of August and September 2024) that I did not sign up for and upon calling ************** to inquire I was told that the "subscription" was set up by a third party and given a phone number to call. Upon researching the phone number, I discovered it was for SubCo and found the numerous complaints filed by others regarding unsolicited magazine subscriptions on the BBB site. Like others, I would like all "subscriptions" cancelled, my information removed from SubCo's database, and to no longer be contacted by SubCo.Thank you.

Recieved copy of ************* today in mail. Did not order. Has been years since I subscribed. I visited the publisher's customer service account page and 3 magazines (2 print and 1 digital) were renewed on 8-9-24 showing a billing rate of $40 each. My old address is shown on website, 5 years old, but I am getting magazines at my current address. When I attempted to cancel, I received the following message: Looks like this order was placed through ************************** will need to contact them to request cancellation.******************************************************************************************************************************************* ************** ************************************ ****************************** I will NOT pay for these magazines. If they are complimentary, this should have been communicated to me with the option to opt in or out!
