    I ordered a 6 light wiring harness and once I received my package it was only a 2 light wiring harness! I called auxbeam 6x on the number listed on there website and as soon as someone answers the phone it hangs up. I've called from 2 different cellphones on 2 different carriers. I feel like I was scammed. They have horrible customer service. I just want what I ordered or to be refunded. I'm not hard to please!

    I ordered lights for my wife's jeep from them on Feb. 21st. They arrived the 24th and were installed 3 days later. I Immediately noticed a defect in both lights that inhibit the proper function and took pictures right away to email for replacement. This is when I noticed that they do not have a working phone number for contact and only an email address that they are extremely slow to respond to. I had to reach out multiple times in order to get a reply. They asked for more proof of the faults even though the issues were perfectly clear in my photos. Again, I had to persistently ask for a reply and finally they wanted me to cut the wires and send in a photo so they can replace the lights. I explained this would make the vehicle unsafe to operate because the lights would not be working (the originals were burnt out as well). Eventually I got them to offer a refund as well as a replacement but neither have arrived. There have only been excuses either about the factory or shipping and we are still left with a vehicle that has 2 defective headlights.
