      I ordered a 6 light wiring harness and once I received my package it was only a 2 light wiring harness! I called auxbeam 6x on the number listed on there website and as soon as someone answers the phone it hangs up. I've called from 2 different cellphones on 2 different carriers. I feel like I was scammed. They have horrible customer service. I just want what I ordered or to be refunded. I'm not hard to please!

      I’ve bought multiple sets of headlights from this company from other vendors other than the actual company themselves and now that I’m buying a set from them they sent me the wrong set of bulbs they refuse to take my phone calls and refuse to send me the right set of bulbs this company is a obvious scam and they ask for your credit card information over the phone when you ask about getting a refund or about having problems with there products the same Chinese woman answers the phone every time you call but now they won’t even answer my calls

      - Transaction Date: 02/13/2023 - $80.99 - Received product, realized even though product was for my application, it requires an additional adapters. -Ordered adapters: 02/18/2023 - $ 20.75 -Attempted installation with recommended adapters. Adapters do not mate with the flange of the light, so practically impossible in my opinion to install. -Filed return request. -Sent pictures and video of issue to company. -Offered no recommendation other than basically keep, sell to someone and receive a $20 discount. -Stated that company has 30 day return policy. -Sent pictures at request to company of all products for return. -Received RMA for product return. Advised to pay for return shipping and I would be reimbursed for the shipping cost. USPS $14.50. -Provided tracking to company. -Advised to company that the package was delivered on 03/09/2023. -Company sent email with picture of package; however, attempted to tell me that the only thing in the box was the adaptors. -I have opened disputes with my credit card companies against the company; however, if successful, this will only recuperate the cost of the products. I will still be out the $14.50 in shipping that the company agreed to reimburse. -I am seeking the reimbursement of the shipping cost incurred.

      I purchased a set of LED headlight bulbs from AUXBEAM about 10 months ago and they are making a screeching noise that is not normal. I sent videos of the noise to customer service and they agreed that something isnt right. First they tried to give me a partial refund and I told them that I just want them to replace the defective part. Then they tried to get me to pay 33 dollars and they send me one. I said again I would just like them to replace the defective part. Then they said for me to pay 22 dollars and they would send me a replacement set. The invoice for the 22 dollars had the recipient info in chinese which I do not speak and I do not trust giving my info to. I have been a long time customer and have referred many people to them. This is absolutely rediculouse that they will not replace the defective part when there warranty states "Auxbeam products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 2 years from the original date of receipt. "

      Item description on website is false . They have marketed their product that all is included and in fact it is not . Very deceiving. I have gotten a response from someone have an on going conversation in my email. She has offered me $15 and to keep the items and try and recover my money by selling them!! Phone number rings about 7 times then Hans up. Also her response to me was that the description does look misleading that she would let someone know.. not impressed with this company at all.

      I placed an order on March 26, 2022, on auxbeam.com for a set of (3pcs/set) LED Front Grille Lights Raptor Style ***** Light Fit for Dodge Ram **** **** **** (***** shell/ Smoked shell) Smoked Shell. It said it fit my 2022 RAM on their website so I bought them. Turns out they don’t fit and the company wanted me to drill my new grill on my truck. I said I didn’t want them because they didn’t fit and I wasn’t drilling my grill, so I wanted to send them back for a refund, which it says on their website that they do returns. They have offered me $5 to keep the product and try and sell it privately myself. Then they said $8 and the same thing. I just want to be able to send it back and get my money back. They are refusing me a refund

      i purchased an item from this business online and wanted a full refund. the product i received didn’t have a company logo of AUX Beam, had chinese writing on it and wasn’t vehicle specific to mine. the website stated it was specific for my vehicle and didn’t contain any instructions on installation. i have requested multiple refunds but the company, ********* who’ve i’ve been emailing back and forth has been telling me that they’ll give me $15 , $20 and $30 refunds and for me to keep the products, even though i paid almost $80 for both. they are refusing refunds to me

      We purchased headlights online, and they are not compatible with our truck. I've tried going to the company website and requesting either a refund, or an exchange but the website is awful! If you select "Refund" it won't allow you to move forward without an explanation, but it won't pull up the box to give one. So you have to select "exchange" to get the explanation box. Then you are required to add a photo, however the request won't submit because the upload is too big??? I tried calling the phone number, and after several rings it just hangs up on us. We would rather exchange the lights for a different set, but we don't see the type we need on the site.
