Took my vehicle in for servicing. While at their repair center for power steering rack replacement ******** was broken causing the vehicle to remain longer than expected. While in the shop a rodent got into car a chewed electrical wiring harnesses. The vehicle was totaled out after being allowed to remain in the vehicle for 4 to 6 weeks. We are going to be seeking legal representation to address this matter but we have suffered hardships resulting from this incident. I need to speak with someone regarding steps to be taken for resolution.
