            For the 3-4th time I have had my packages forwarded from my home address to the *** store without my consent. I have asked every time Im in there if they know, or if, they can help me. They laughingly say no, we dont know anything. We have no idea who or where to send you for assistance.Today 12-30-22 I came in for the above reason, and this time when I was inquiring from on topics my last visit, and out of nowhere I was told that I was rude and that I was a D*** (a couple times). She then called the Owner saying there is an angry customer here (me) and then the call ended. He returned the call immediately while I was there. I was given his number, and I have called and left messages with no response. I feel shamed, as this happened in front of other customers. I myself have managed many business throughout my life, and I have never been exposed to, seen, or heard anything so obnoxiously mean and rude said from and employee to a customer. This was unacceptable at least.
