"Well first of all I went for a car REMOVEDI started drying my car I had sooo many scratches on my car I was pretty upset n also my lower plastic panel on driver's side was out n which didn't pop back in right so now I'm driving around with damage to my new REMOVEDme off so I talked to one of the staff REMOVEDshowed him tha damage to my vehicle n says oh ya I see it well unfortunately there's nothing we can do about I was heated then says if I wld like to buy a membership tht covers ceramic coat n that wld prevent my vehicle from more damage next time I was like I can't believe he's saying this I told him No I Do Not Want to Buy Ur Membership this car wash jst damaged my new vehicle n isn't doing absolutely nothing but saying sorry bout tha damage r u serious I will b contacting several ppl bout this matter. I asked if I can file some kind of report or claim he said no u can tk it to get buffed out ma'am, um excuse me that costs money,ur carwash damaged my new REMOVEDsupposed to fix it something is definitely wrong how they handle situations like this Wow is all I hv to say Very Upset definitely staying away from that specific business."
