  My initial reaction to the kind support and the advice provided stimulated my confidence that Tax Network USA is a company that I could rely on to assist with my issues. The speed with their analyses were right on and their instructions were very easy to follow. Their comprehensive approach in surgical collaborations with the *** and state tax organizations were a welcome relief. I will continue to use this tax service more often and advocate their professional applications to my friends and colleagues.

  I was watching **** and saw an ad for Tax Network USA; since the ad showed they hold the values that I hold, I wanted to support them and try their service. Im sight challenged so I did not notice that in smaller print on the ad it was talking about how if you owe back taxes they're really good for that, so when I signed up for them I told them that I didn't have back taxes and they said that was fine. The tax work was done a little bit slower for me because I work full time. If you like doing things through the internet, this was a neat way to do taxes. I communicated with them and it did take longer than you might take compared to using something like turbotax, but it was nice to support the conservative values. I have been given a student loan debt forgiveness, so I also wanted to have people who deal with back taxes in case I get some kind of tax penalty because of the student loan forgiveness in the future. I highly recommend Tax Network USA as they are very good at communication through email and phone. They took all my records from the past years, so now I have them all in one place and I know that I have got my taxes together better than they were before.

  By my math, my total taxes this year, state and federal, should have been somewhere between $15-$18k.After working with Tax Network USA my final number was $9,000. Completely astounded by the result. Obviously this is case dependent, and they were fairly pricy, but if my results are anything to go by than they are WELL worth it.Ditch H&R Block and work with them!

  My wife and I are currently working with Tax Network USA. So far, the experience has been exceptional and everything we were hoping it would be. Every team member (3) has been knowledgable, reassuring, kind, and understanding. I wanted to highlight each member for their great service, ***** and Jasmine, thank you for your work initiating and financing. I have to give a special shout-out to our point person, who has been with us every step of the way **** ******. I don't think we could have asked for a better specialist. ****** expertise and calm demeanor is very reassuring through this difficult time. We are still going through the process, but I feel like we've made the right decision in choosing Tax Network USA.

  ****** was excellent to work with. They saved me more money than any other tax firm EVER. She taught me how to fill the holes in business administration. I'm thankful about how professional and well they handled my case. I'll be using them again to file an amended return!!!

  Tax Network USA was recommended to me by a friend when I wasnt sure where to turn. I filled out information online and they reached out almost immediately. ****** made me feel comfortable expressing my hardships and concerns and before I knew it I was trusting them with combating my debt and taxes. I work closely now with ***** ******* and we communicate almost daily, she has answered all of my questions thoroughly and walked me through every process thus far.   This is what I wrote. Let me know what you think or if you want something added or different. I hired Tax Network to help with my taxes, and my initial phone call was a pleasant surprise and a huge relief. My case manager, Belle, has a very pleasant manner. She kept me updated throughout the entire process, taking the time to explain what paperwork I needed to provide and the timeline involved. Whenever I had questions, she responded promptly with answers. We all worry about the ***, and I'm grateful I hired this company and that Belle is my case manager. She is spot-on and very informative. I've seen complaints from other people, but those issues likely arise when clients don't follow up on the required paperwork or don't submit it on time. If you expect to avoid paying taxes altogether, that's not what Tax Network does. They work with the *** to lower your tax bill in various ways. It's important to read the positive reviews from customers who followed directions and had successful outcomes. I can't thank Belle enough for her help.
